Mr Thakur made me feel at ease at all times and was very professional l.

Excellent care from start to finish. Mr Tapuria listened to all my concerns about the surgery and gave me enough comfort to go ahead. After the surgery, Mr Taruria checked in on me and dealt with all my post- operative questions with excellent care and attention. Very happy with the surgery and my recovery.

Mr Toe recently removed my gallbladder. His calm and confident manner was very reassuring both before the procedure and afterwards. I did not have any post operative pain at all and so didn’t need to take any pain killers. Now three weeks later, it is like nothing ever happened. Just four tiny scars that have not caused any problems.

He helped me understand the issues and mapped out how to fix the situation very clearly.

Very good bedside manner

From the very first day I met Mr Windsor for my consultation, he made me feel at ease and I was very comfortable with him from the start to the end of my consultation. He explained things very well to me and his letter about my whole consultation was very well written and on point. When I saw Mr Windsor again for my ongoing issue, he explained why I needed to have surgery. On the day of my surgery, he saw me on the ward just before going down to theatres and I must say his bed side manner is second to none. His sense of humour is wild and he is just an excellent, intelligent, knowledgeable, compassionate and sincere consultant. I cannot fault Mr Windsor on anything. When I had recurring problems, he was constantly on the phone to me. What about his incredible Team! I must commend his secretary, Susie, for always going over and beyond her role as a secretary and also being extremely efficient. Not forgetting Tracy, his Nurse, who is also an amazing and caring soul. I always look forward to attending my appointments with the Team as I always laugh so much from the moment I get in to when I leave - you know what they say - laughter is therapeutic and they really are the loveliest team ever!
