My experience with Mr. Windsor could not have been better. Utterly professional. Diffuses potential awkward conversations Very knowledgable Nice sense of humour as a bonus! Identified issue very quickly, prescribed remedy which seems to be working! Highly recommend

From the first visit to the post surgery visits every day in hospital, Mr Windsor made me feel listened to, and was able to reassure me by explaining the process and reasons for the surgery, and then making me feel confident in my recovery. He appears to me as being an excellent and skilled surgeon. I cannot judge the follow up as I am only seeing him in May. Most surgeons, when they have done their part, do not take care of the next steps, but in his notes doctor Windsor already is thinking of whom I should consult to avoid the need for another surgery need later on.

Alastair was exceptionally clear and easy to understand in his explanation. He pre-empted many of my questions and was able to explain things in a way which was easy to follow and helped me with decisions that had been sitting on my mind. His understanding of the subject and what my possible concerns were, was excellent. He also left me with logical steps that made me feel reassured I knew what I needed to do next.

Very easy to talk to and my concerns were answered. Previous surgery by him was successful so very happy to return to his expert hands

I really count myself extremely fortunate to have been treated by Mr Windsor. A very pleasant, friendly surgeon who gave me confidence about the procedure and took the time to visit me every day. Absolutely no complaints at all a real gentleman
