On two occasions I attended Thornbury Hospital for pre op checks or for stitches removed. Both times I waited over 40 minutes to be seen. The reason I was given was that no rooms were available.

Overall excellent experience. Only negative was a delay in admission date apparently due to booking blockage.

Friendly and efficient medical experience, very professional and hopefully no further issues.
