I wear a mask in any indoor environment because my frail elderly mother with advanced dementia lives with me. He made a point of wear a mask as well. To sum up, as well as diagnosing what I had he made me feel at easy.

He was genuinely interested in resolving my wrist pain, asked good questions, listened attentively, explained my condition and possible solutions in terms that I could understand. Dr. Din took the time to answer all my questions before my procedure in a clear, detailed and kind way. He was reassuring about my worries but honest about all possible outcomes, leaving me able to make an informed decision as to whether I went ahead. The actual procedure was carried out so smoothly with every step explained. I felt as though I was in very safe hands! The outcome is amazing - more positive than I could ever have imagined. I’m so glad I took the plunge to go ahead with the procedure. The admin team, reception staff and the nurses assisting during and later when the stitches were taken out were also kind and reassuring. I’d like to thank you all for such a positive experience.

I was nervous about having the surgery done, but once Mr Malhotra explained it all to me. I was fine. On the day of the surgery he was very pleasant & chatty. I cannot thank him enough, its nice to have my thumb joint free of pain.
