Ritesh has completed two specialist fellowships in hand and wrist surgery, one fellowship at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital and then the hand surgery and reconstructive microsurgery fellowship at Ganga Hospital, Coimbatore, India.
Following recommendation by members of the public, Ritesh was awarded three gold patient care awards at Epsom & St Helier University Hospitals for his consistent delivery of excellent patient care following recommendations by members of the public.

Mr Sharma was clear and explained everything. He took the time to listen before making a diagnosis and talked through all the treatment options thoroughly. I decided on the treatment and he was happy to proceed with it immediately, if that was what I wanted. He gave me plenty of time to check with my health insurance and get the go ahead from them, before I went back in. The treatment was a complete success and my follow up appointment was great. I then went ahead with treatment on my other hand which was again a complete success and I was delighted with the outcome. Mr Sharma was always on time and I felt very at ease with him. He never rushed me and answered all my questions. I have no hesitation in recommending him and would definitely see him first, if I ever need any treatment in the future.
Mr Sharma was very helpful and explained what was happening and what the next steps were in treatment very clearly.
Mr Shama was absolutely brilliant. After a pretty traumatic experience in A&E and feeling very nervous about my prognosis ahead of my wedding Mr Shama immediately put me at ease. He listened to me, he listened to the outcomes that I wanted and he developed a plan an and a plan b to get me ready for my wedding. The whole way along I felt that I was in safe hands and trusted him immensely. Thank you SO much! I don’t think I’d be where I am today if it wasn’t for Mr Shama!
Mr Sharma was very attentive and took everything i said on board professionally and sympathetically. His assessment of the cause of my problems and recommended course of action was absolutely spot on and so far has resolved the issue completely.

Mr Sharma was extremely professional, diligent, well mannered and respectful throughout all my interactions with him In addition, regarding the surgery, he approached this methodically and professionally and I felt completely reassured and had confidence in his ability to undertake the surgery needed. The outcome has been excellent
