Mr Alex Leo immediately set me at ease with his clear and direct explanations alongside a jovial and friendly attitude. Mr Stuart Gould gave me the time and an good explanation pre surgery. On the Surgery day he explained his plan for the surgery well. Post Surgery he came and saw me and explained what had occured, that it all went as expected. The follow up appointment, Staurt explained the putcome from the surgery and also reassured me on the current pain and swelling. I was very happy with the service provided to date.

My experience with Dr Francis has been fantastic. He is professional and wonderful. The surgery went exactly as planned and I am very grateful that I chose him for the procedure (gallbladder removal).
