Dr Anderson provided immensely valuable care and guidance in seeing me at short notice, taking time to listen to my issues with the longstanding ulcerative colitis and went over and above in offering advice and best plan of treatment going forward even though that would be with the NHS. A very positive experience indeed. With my symptoms improving, the doctor took a pragmatic, but most importantly, extra cautious and thorough approach to my condition. This, in turn, diagnosed and allowed treatment of a more serious health issue that I in fact had. Without this approach I would have suffered a much worse health condition in the future. This would not have been recognised without Dr Pitchers care, experience and intuition in digging deeper into my symptoms. Finally once this was recognised it was dealt with sensitively and in a very timely way.

Dr Kagalwala is very knowledgeable . She is now treating my son’s chronic issue and we are in good hands. She communicates very well with parents to check if everything is going well and provides advice accordingly.
