A very positive experience indeed. With my symptoms improving, the doctor took a pragmatic, but most importantly, extra cautious and thorough approach to my condition. This, in turn, diagnosed and allowed treatment of a more serious health issue that I in fact had. Without this approach I would have suffered a much worse health condition in the future. Dr Rahman was really professional and thorough with a very reassuring bedside manner. He assessed my upper GI symptoms, ordered appropriate tests and has presented me with an analysis of the results and a treatment plan in a timely fashion. Dr. Simon Peake, is very thorough, with all the tests, he'd given me; as I was originally referred to him, via my Endocrinologist; due to my blood test results for anaemia. Dr. Simon Peake, had done a gastroscopy, and colonoscopy procedure at the same time, and whilst having this procedure done, he had cut away two, pre-cancerous polyps from the colon area; as I wasn't even aware I had them! Thankfully, I was given the all-clear. Dr. Simon Peake had taken his time to explain the results to me, he has a good bedside manner, and I would highly recommend him. His secretary, is a lovely lady, and very efficient.

I found Dr Fidler to be a very warm and friendly person. She is extremely easy to talk to and her explanation of possible problems and diagnosis was easy to understand.

I had a colonoscopy with Professor Lovat. I was quite nervous as I had never had one before and I was worried it would hurt. Professor Lovat was wonderful, he put me at ease, explained everything before the procedure, told me how I could ask for more sedation during the procedure if necessary, and explained the results afterwards. The procedure was not painful at all and he is clearly extremely skilled at what he does. 100% recommend.
