From the first consultation, Mr Mcinnes provided clear information about the entire procedure including the follow up treatment and estimated recovery time (a difficult task as it varies between people). Mr Mcinnes made time to check in on me multiple times before and after the operation. This was very reassuring and professional. I have followed the instructions of Mr Mcinnes and the physiotherapists and three months later I am nearly back to being able to train properly as a rock climber, with absolutely no pain.
