Mr Ibrahim took me as a patient at last minute and made space for me in his calendar. His explanations and communication were all friendly and professional and he answered all my questions. The operation went smoothly and I received follow up letters. The team were very kind to me. He was reassuring, highly knowledgable, and positive about the outcome, when I was stressed and worried, and this was particularly valuable.
