Receptionists can sometimes be a little brusque, but otherwise very good overall.

Simply very good.

First time I’ve been to HCA I was nervous but everything went so smoothly whole staff was very helpful. My Dr Iaisha Ali she was the best doctor I have meet in my entire life.

Entering the lady at reception says straight down the corridor to room 6. Door at the end of the corridor says waiting room 3 so I go back and ask and she says yes. Going in, room 6 says do not disturb. But I’m wondering if it’s been left like that by accident. There’s the sound of wind playing but no sign explaining why so I spend a few minutes trying to figure out if it’s wind or a speaker. This could be handled by explaining clearly where to go and what will happen - particularly important to people who are neurodivergent, which is why I’m here. I’m anxious enough without extra cognitive load. She could say “Straight down the corridor into waiting room 3, the doctor is in room 6. If it shows do not disturb then wait and he’ll be with you shortly. There’s a speaker playing wind sounds to try to put you at ease.”

I cannot find anything negative to say about Kipapa, I found the overall experience beneficial.

Called early afternoon, got the last slot for the same day to meet with Dermatologist Docteur Bouveresse. The welcome person at reception was very nice and helpful. No waiting time.

Excellent, communication has been prompt and clear from my first interaction, the whole team have been great.

An incredibly supportive environment, staffed by highly competent and caring individuals.
