Unfortunately appointments in the screening department were disorganised, mixing up appointment dates and the necessity for me to attend several times.

This is my second experience of a procedure at Nuffield Health Cheltenham. On both occasions I have been very impressed with the level of care and professionalism from all the staff that I encountered. The facilities are also excellent.
