If you are looking for an ophthalmologist for a cataract look no further - Ms Richardson is the one. I thank my lucky stars for the day I found her. She is simply the best: absolutely delightful, friendly, human, engaging, knowledgeable, caring, reassuring, listens to one and notes down everything one says. She is also an expert clinician having carried out over 25,000 cataract procedures alone. Ms Richardson explains the whole procedure clearly and simply and presents all the options available for the surgery and the new lens and guided me calmly, wisely, sensitively and sensibly throughout the whole process. Successful surgery, great vision and the best ophthalmologist in the world- what more can one want?!

Dr Pringle was excellent. He explained everything in a concise manner that was reassurring and factual at the same time. He found the issue, gave me options and suggested what he thought would be the best approach. He operated immaculately on my eye and I left the clinic feeling confident and reassured. This was my second consultation with Mr Ionides to discuss removal of my cataracts. As before, Mr Ionides was excellent; his explanations were clear and I felt able to ask as many questions as I wanted. I am going ahead with the operation.

I took my 4 month old Daughter to see Mr Self on Saturday who confirmed my worries, he said he would refer my Daughter to a further specialist to help and I received that referral yesterday (Wednesday) he did exactly what he said he would do. Mr Jolly put me at ease from the moment I met him with his warm and kind personality.
