My experience of the Wilmslow Hospital before, during and after my ear surgery has been excellent. The information I received about my pre-operative assessment and what to expect on the day of surgery was extremely useful and helped me to feel at ease. On the day of my operation, everything ran smoothly and efficiently. All the people involved in my care were friendly and attentive and they couldn't have done more to ensure I was well looked after. The facilities and cleanliness were exceptional and I was made to feel very comfortable during the time I was there. I would definitely recommend this hospital to others.

The receptionist was always welcoming and the waiting area is well looked after. Wait times were always minimal.

The receptionist didn't want to accept the form I had printed out (which was on pink paper), when I told her they had to as I have accessibility needs and require pink paper, she accepted it. Having mentioned previously it seems that one department does not know what they are doing and there is a tendency to blame others. I don't care whose fault it is I just want a reasonable service where people know what they are doing rather than this shambles that it seems to be. I do not know what to expect from a private service but I expected more professionalism and care than what has been shown already.
