All staff I encountered were courteous, friendly and professional My surgery and post surgery care was exceptional both from my actual surgery and interaction with my surgeon and anaesthetist to the fantastic care from the nurses. I found it a very easy process with very good ease of interaction with the receptionists, surgeon’s PA and the kitchen staff who took the breakfast order. Everything ran very smoothly and efficiently and I felt that everybody I interacted with cared a lot about helping and the care I was getting
