Mr Ayoub explained the whole process and subsequent outcome very thoroughly and answered any questions and concerns in detail. I met Mr Park with little hope of saving my damaged sight but his reassurance and explanation of exactly what had happened and what to expect helped me come to terms with the possible outcome.
