What a smashing Dr and very considerate

I know Mr Gibbins for a while now, but not as a patient, until yesterday when I have had my initial consultation. After a series of heavy nose bleeding and lots of worries which came with these episodes, I have contacted his secretary, Sharon, who managed to book me in in a couple of minutes. The lever of professionalism offered by his secretary was second to none and the high expectations I had were more than exceeded. Mr Gibbins answered all my questions very clear, had a warm approach towards my problem and offered a reassurance and a treatment plan during the appointment - professional and very on point. His level of expertise and accuracy, made me feel very comfortable and washed away all my worries. I would personally recommend him to any person who is struggling with any ENT problem.
