Dr Walsh was extremely professional, compassionate and supportive in his approach. I felt very anxious entering my appointments with Dr Walsh but he did a wonderful job of making me feel at ease each and every time, and taking the time to understand me as a patient, making sure I felt seen and heard. My daughter went to see Dr Anthony for depression and anxiety, she had seen numerous doctors in the past and each time she still felt the same, no one seemed to be able to help her. I had a pleasure working with Dr Olga Konstantinidou for almost a year and it was an incredible journey. Finally felt I had found a Doctor with the right experience to treat me and a calm, open manner that helped me believe I was being listened to also. With the simplified explanation for admittance I was able to focus on reestablishing a Basic Daily Routine, the change of medication mid-stay meant my QoL went up, the connecting with my spouse meant long term cahnge could be implemented. One of the best clinics in the UK. Very efficient service. The audiologists who works there is very knowledgeable and has a lot of experience in this field so you don’t have to think twice. I had recommended this clinic to one of my friends who had an ear infection, thanks to Mr Jills Kurian who was there to help, understood their situation and was prompt with rehabilitation. I Highly recommend this clinic to anyone who needs help with hearing difficulties, tinnitus, wax or any other ear related issues.
