Loved the private room and staff very friendly.

I went to Genesis for my radiotherapy for breast cancer and was looked after so well from the reception satff to the radiotherapy team. I was offered wellbeing support and exercise therapy too and had the worry of the journey taken away by being offered a driver. Such total care making something that could be potentially be harrowing into a very pleasant experience.

Good - no complaints

Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I was put at ease and had everything well explained. The only thing I would mention is that I spent an hour there, when I feel it could have been shorter. I had been asked to complete a medical questionnaire long before my appointment but I then had to answer all the same questions with the nurse, so a waste of time completing the form.

All staff couldn’t have been kinder and so helpful to my needs.
