Right from my initial contact to enquire about a consultation to my admission for a surgical procedure everybody was very professional and efficient yet at the same time remaining friendly, reassuring and approachable. The staff and facilities are excellent , the appointment to attend letter did not explain if you would provide food or drinks during the surgery , there were no directions for the hospital given , the letter was 95% about how you would like to be paid !

Every appointment at KIMS was great, all the staff are so friendly & attentive. On the day of surgery, I was looked after so well. Especially those keeping me chatting whilst I was having the anaesthesia ☺️
