Needed a prescription and no-one available to speak out of 3 medical secretaries, 2pharmacist & 1 assistant Still not spoken to anyone & no service - frustrating

Fantastic service overall with amazing Dr . Very responsive in booking and appointment, well informed, Dr is compassionate and caring , providing reassurance and guidance at times of need. So happy there is a clinic available with an amazing set up of various specialists in one place working together using multidisciplinary approaches.

I have so much gratitude to every councillor, consultant, therapist, doctor, nurse, every ward staff member, catering, maintenance, the cleaning staff and receptionist. First time I’ve been to HCA I was nervous but everything went so smoothly whole staff was very helpful. My Dr Iaisha Ali she was the best doctor I have meet in my entire life.

Dr Sophia Khalique’s medical practice is a very professional and comforting environment. The practice gives you a very unique experience that no other healthcare environment has.

Receptionists can sometimes be a little brusque, but otherwise very good overall.

Very unprofessional dealing with vulnerable patients, I have had a very bad experience with alternaleaf over the course of 1 year to then be told my medical records are no good and get discharged. FYI I'm a registered cannabis patient in the UK but they are still giving me a hard time and not accepting to coorect the errors in my case! Do jog use these people unless there is no other option
