The main receptionist was rather lacking in charm or warmth. He took my CC details, and had me sign a form, and directed me upstairs.

Wonderful nursing and care but the rooms (mine) appeared a little dated or tired

I have so much gratitude to every councillor, consultant, therapist, doctor, nurse, every ward staff member, catering, maintenance, the cleaning staff and receptionist. A good overall experience

Amazing service every time. All staff are knowledgable, helpful and always friendly. I often need help due to my mental health and the staff always go above and beyond for me.

Some of staff can be a bit nonchalant;but overall good I guess they have a lot of different patients (not all patient ) and that can be a challenge
