TLC Rehab

I would like to thank all the staff - (specially Amanda who did my 1-2-1 & to Arwa who looked after me) and to all the nurses, who supported me through my difficult first week. And to all the counsellors, and to both the chefs especially Cecil. Thank you to all the support staff and the cleaner :)

Very supportive and professional staff

I have struggled with alcoholism for 30 years and haven't got a huge amount from other rehabs but this place, TLC Finchley, has been phenomenally helpful. The staff are excellent at their job, and the culture of the place is kind, caring and respectful. After three weeks I have learned a great deal and I feel well again with sensible awareness of the journey ahead.

I had a great experience at TLC. The therapy team, nursing team and staff are all very friendly and attentive. I felt supported and comfortable throughout my stay. The day is well structured and there is a good balance of groups and downtime. The therapy team are excellent and you really build connection with the counsellors which is unique.

Professional and understanding

Life changing. The groups are professional yet very comfortable making you feel very open. Tlc and the staff have been part of literally saving my life. All staff from the manager, nurses, councilors, chef, cleaner are all legends. Angels in human form

I can honestly say that TLC changed my life. I entered at rock bottom and left a month later feeling like a new person. It's actually quite difficult to put into words my experience there. The nursing staff are caring and compassionate, nothing is too much trouble and you know from the moment you step through the doors you are in safe, reliable hands. The councilors' expertise is unrivaled, they are passionate about the help they provide and during my stay I felt heard, understood, respected and most importantly they provided me with the tools I need to continue my journey. The food and accommodation is wonderful, it feels like a home away from home. All of these factors including group sessions and activity workshops also really help to foster a community amongst the clients, I can wholeheartedly say I have made friends for life through sharing this experience with them. I can never thank TLC enough for what they have done for me.
