All the staff were exceptional. I am happy with my detox. Really loved the food.

Everything was perfect from staff, sessions, support and facilities. Not a bad word to say, my second time here and there was a reason for that as I was so well treated the first time. Could not speak any highly of TLC. Thank you!

Tom met all my needs and went above and beyond to support me, especially with my ADHD. He really helped me with everything, and I felt understood throughout my stay. TLC has a real family atmosphere, and it feels very cosy here. Matt, the nurse, is very nice, and you can always have a chat with him whenever you need to. Arwa and MJ are both kind, approachable, and always willing to help. I really appreciate all the support they have given me. I like that this is an adaptive and independent place. The staff trust me to do my own things, which has really helped me reintegrate into everyday life. They have also helped me with my learning disabilities by finding different ways for me to express myself and communicate more effectively, which has made a big difference to my confidence. Amanda always goes above and beyond and often stays beyond her working hours to make sure everyone is supported. My care plan was very useful, and the aftercare has been excellent. I've achieved my goals, and I feel much better because of the support I've received. Chef Cecil is very accommodating and always takes individual needs into account, such as providing ginger shots. He offers healthy, varied meals and regularly asks for feedback to make sure everyone's needs are met. Overall, I found the service to be very accommodating, with a wide range of sessions to choose from. Nothing is forced on you like it can be in other places. The accommodation was clean and comfortable, and whenever I needed anything, it was dealt with promptly.

Great staff, know their stuff and generally made the stay productive and comfortable.

Felt like I was being well looked after a family atmosphere. Very kind and patient staff and the chefs were really good. Very relaxing atmosphere.
