I have seen Dr Kalentzi who has supported me with issues relating to menopause. I have found her to be thorough, supportive and caring. My (not uncommon) concerns were irritating and affecting my life and I didn’t feel I was listened to by my GP. I felt seeing Dr Kalentzi was an investment in my health and her recommendations have helped me with menopausal symptoms, improving my quality of life. The practice itself is smart and reassuring and the clinic manager Zarina is so very helpful. I’d very highly recommend.

Dr Ash Dhairyawan is a brilliant doctor. I have had ongoing vertigo/probable vestibular Migraines that started with Menopause . (I am seeing a Neurologist as well.) Dr Ash is helping me balance my hormones very gently and cautiously. She is a wonderful listener and very thorough. It’s been a year of debilitating symptoms but when I see her I feel heard and understood and I feel more hope after being actively listened to. That’s very important when you have chronic, invisible symptoms. My anxiety attached to the symptoms have greatly lessened as my symptoms gradually improve and the more I understand about hormones. You can tell she is a very experienced doctor as she investigates everything and leaves no stone unturned.

Friendly, helpful and very efficient throughout the entire process

I visited because I was having some symptoms that concerned me, Dr Kalentzi discussed these with me, and did a couple of tests. She made sensible suggestions as to where we needed to go next, depending on the results. She has a very caring and professional manner and I felt reassured.

The entire team at Medial Prime are superb. Dr Ash really listens to her patients; my menopause experience has improved 100% since shes been treating me.. Zarina is also extraordinary - nothing is too much trouble.
