Messina Clinic has been the best healthcare provider for us Brazilians in London . In all my needs , I have always received exceptional care and all the attention a patient needs during illness or treatment. The doctors are excellent , extremely qualified , professional and ethical. They practice Medicine with great love and emphaty for their patients. The entire team , including Appointment attendants, reception , nursing and medical staff , consistently provide friendly , attentive and caring service . I highly recommend Messina Clinic.

Receptionists can sometimes be a little brusque, but otherwise very good overall.

Entering the lady at reception says straight down the corridor to room 6. Door at the end of the corridor says waiting room 3 so I go back and ask and she says yes. Going in, room 6 says do not disturb. But I’m wondering if it’s been left like that by accident. There’s the sound of wind playing but no sign explaining why so I spend a few minutes trying to figure out if it’s wind or a speaker. This could be handled by explaining clearly where to go and what will happen - particularly important to people who are neurodivergent, which is why I’m here. I’m anxious enough without extra cognitive load. She could say “Straight down the corridor into waiting room 3, the doctor is in room 6. If it shows do not disturb then wait and he’ll be with you shortly. There’s a speaker playing wind sounds to try to put you at ease.”

I have had a fantastic experience with the mental health services of the lovely Dr Sarkhel. I've undergone psychiatric treatment through therapy sessions and receiving an ADHD diagnosis. Dr Sarkhel was instrumental in ensuring I was comfortable, that I understood everything, and that I was happy and healthy. It was of great benefit to both myself and Dr Sarkhel that I brought along my school report - this helped to relate my symptoms to childhood. I feel lucky to have been diagnosed by such a caring doctor who is evidentially trying to help me as much as he can. The clinic atmosphere was great, very relaxed and a lot of seating. Additionally the location convenience was great being situated in Harley Street. Very clear and informative appointment scheduling and fast email replies. Between the psychiatric expertise of Dr Sarkhel, the treatment effectiveness, and the personalised care, I'm beyond happy with my experience. Thank you!
