If you are looking for an ophthalmologist for a cataract look no further - Ms Richardson is the one. I thank my lucky stars for the day I found her. She is simply the best: absolutely delightful, friendly, human, engaging, knowledgeable, caring, reassuring, listens to one and notes down everything one says. She is also an expert clinician having carried out over 25,000 cataract procedures alone. Ms Richardson explains the whole procedure clearly and simply and presents all the options available for the surgery and the new lens and guided me calmly, wisely, sensitively and sensibly throughout the whole process. Successful surgery, great vision and the best ophthalmologist in the world- what more can one want?!

Mr Ayoub explained the whole process and subsequent outcome very thoroughly and answered any questions and concerns in detail. The surgery was on both eyes and the treatment was painless and took little time. All in all I felt I was in good hands all through the consultations and surgery and am very happy with the outcome. Dr Murphy is a highly skilled surgeon with a sympathetic bedside manner. She is realistic and will only treat you if she can help unlike many other "top" surgeons I have met.

I had a very good experience with Doctor Wisam Muen. Initially the so called 'SMILE' surgery technique didn't yield the results we were expecting. Doctor Muen was very clear on explaining why the results weren't as expected and in preparing me for a followon surgery if I wanted to proceed with a touchup procedure using LASIK. Despite my concerns with the second procedure he put me at ease and helped my understand the potential benefits. I would go back to both OPTEGRA clinic and request Doctor Muen again without a thought. Even though it took some time to achieve what results I wanted, both him and his staff were very supportive through the journey and in the end we were successful!
