Mr Kersey quickly put me at ease, and was very thorough in asking questions and in his examination of my eyes. His explanations of what he found and also the options for the way forward were very clear and helpful. In addition, his secretary responded very quickly if I had any questions regarding appointment details, which made the whole process very efficient and easy.

Mr Ayoub explained the whole process and subsequent outcome very thoroughly and answered any questions and concerns in detail. The surgery was on both eyes and the treatment was painless and took little time. All in all I felt I was in good hands all through the consultations and surgery and am very happy with the outcome. I had a very good experience with Doctor Wisam Muen. Initially the so called 'SMILE' surgery technique didn't yield the results we were expecting. Doctor Muen was very clear on explaining why the results weren't as expected and in preparing me for a followon surgery if I wanted to proceed with a touchup procedure using LASIK. Despite my concerns with the second procedure he put me at ease and helped my understand the potential benefits. I would go back to both OPTEGRA clinic and request Doctor Muen again without a thought. Even though it took some time to achieve what results I wanted, both him and his staff were very supportive through the journey and in the end we were successful! Thank you to you and your staff Doctor Muen....!!

Mr Dabbagh is an amazing clinician. He has the rare ability to make sick children listen and smile. My 5 year old son was in a lot of pain and Mr Dabbagh looked after him so well. My son George talks about him as he is his hero that saved his eye. But most importantly I need to say he is a very knowledgeable clinician with so many years of experience . We are very grateful to him for all his care and expert knowledge.
