His knowledge, experience and professionalism are second to none and the support provided by his practice manager, Diana May, was equally outstanding. Mr Bhatti made me feel very welcome and comfortable from the moment I first met him and that continued all the way until I was discharged from his care. He took the time to explain everything I needed to know about my condition and the treatment options available. He was more than happy to answer all the questions I had and it was very clear that he cares enormously about every patient. I was also amazed that Mr Bhatti recalled every detail of our conversations, tests and scans even months later. I simply cannot fault my experience, everything about the patient ‘journey’ was fantastic - incredibly professional, yet very personable. I am truly grateful and Mr Bhatti will definitely be my absolute no 1 consultant of choice for any follow-up treatment that I may need in the future.

Mr Alastair Fry is an excellent surgeon and I put my trust in him from the beginning. He fully explains things in a way that is easy to understand and he is very down to earth . Having recently undergone a procedure, I would recommend Mr Lloyd without hesitation. I was made aware of potential issues but ultimately I had the confidence to proceed after an appropriate amount of collaboration and preparation. He has a team of like-minded professionals that assist him with the procedure and the administration.
