Mr Jones is always very approachable, will take the time to explain a procedure, potential risks and the outcome expected. I always feel I can ask what I may think is a silly question only to hear Mr Jones say there is no silly question and he will provide an answer or discuss the scenarios. Mr Ruwan looked after us during our recent twin pregnancy. He was very attentive, respectful and knowlegable. I called him a few times on the weekend and in the evening as I had some concerns, and he was always available and happy to help, quickly arranging a scan at hospital to make sure everything was OK. He was in charge during the birth of our twins and the process couldn't have been smoother. His admin team, led by the incomparable and very kind Sandra, went above and beyond. We couldn't be happier with our decision to trust in Mr Ruwan and would recommend him to everyone.
