Doctor Shahid is always good, but overall wait time was too much, which is acceptable in case of rush or peak times. I always prefer Prime Hospital and recommend it to everyone, but this time in my 5 years, I have to say that I have complains. Took token and realized that pharmacist was not respecting the token at all. I was sitting right infront of the pharmacy with all 3 Kids desperately waiting for my long day at hospital to end after collecting my medicine, but all of a sudden I noticed that token number jumped and skipped my token number and when I asked, he lied that I called your name and you didnt respond, when I reminded him that I am sitting right infront of you then he appologized but just to entertain the next number before me, I wasted almost 45 minutes more waiting for my turn. Also one of the reason was that he went to other floor to pick some medicines which is also time consuming. Token number should be respected or else, there is no need of token machine. Please take it seriously.

This was my first visit with Dr. Sandeep Pargi at Prime Healthcare Group, Burdubai branch, and I am very grateful for his patience and professionalism. My appointment was scheduled for 4:20 PM, but due to traffic, I arrived 22 minutes late. Although Dr. Sandeep had already left by 4:40, he kindly returned when the nurse contacted him after I called to inform them that I was nearby. He welcomed me with a smile and attended to me without any hesitation. I truly appreciate his accommodating approach and also wish to thank Nurse Ma. Cristina for her assistance in ensuring I could still be seen.

Staff are not very patient, friendly through phone call with both booking appointment and follow-up with medical results. Staff are helpful at reception counter and radiology text. The medical result didn’t come after giving consent to receive from my personal email until I call again to follow up.
