I would like to express my deepest gratitude to the gynecologist Vitali Petukhou for his professionalism, attentive care, and support during one of the most important moments of my life — the birth of my daughter. During my pregnancy, I had appointments with many gynecologists, but none of them impressed me the way Vitali did. I only regret that I did not meet this doctor earlier. (We first visited him at 29 weeks of pregnancy when I needed a medical certificate for a flight.) From the very first consultation, it became clear that I was not only in front of an experienced specialist but also a very attentive, calm, and kind person. He carefully listened to all of my questions and concerns and answered each of them in detail. Not a single question was left without attention — this was extremely important to me, especially during pregnancy, when there are so many worries and doubts. Throughout all my appointments, I felt calm and confident because I understood that I was in safe and reliable hands. Vitali monitored my health and the baby’s development very carefully, explained everything in clear language, and was always supportive. Initially, it was planned that the cesarean section would take place on February 26. However, during a routine appointment, the doctor noticed that the placenta was no longer functioning as well as it should: the baby was not receiving enough nutrients and had stopped gaining weight. Thanks to Vitali’s attentiveness and professionalism, the decision was made not to wait for the scheduled date and to perform the surgery earlier — on February 23. After the operation, it turned out that there had been a knot in the umbilical cord, and to this day I am very grateful that the doctor made the timely and correct decision to perform the surgery earlier. The operation went perfectly. Everything was done very carefully and professionally. My baby girl was born healthy, and for me this is the greatest happiness. I also recovered very well, the healing process was easy, and the scar is very neat — special thanks for that as well. I am sincerely grateful to Vitali not only as a doctor but also as a person. His calmness, confidence, and attentive attitude supported me greatly during such an important period. It is very rare to meet specialists who combine such a high level of professionalism with such genuine care for their patients. Thank you for your work, for your responsibility, and for the fact that thanks to you my daughter was born healthy. It was very horrible doctor hussein doesnt know how to look after the patient the first thing he asked was do u need sick leave as if i came for sick leave and without even looking at me he asked me tht u dont have any cough and fever u are totally fine and he claims my work is easier then his i am working in dubai airport and during this time every knows hows the situation everyone is fasting and i hooe he understands this instead of asking patients you need sick leave and i will transfer you to internal medicine doctor like seriously instead of coming to prime i should have gone to any other hospital the gp there would have treated me much better than him and the best part is he should be working in google map or highway congestion advisor the way he advised me that you woke up 2 hour earlier the roads are clear you could have made it to your work as if something happens to me he would come and treat me there you guys have to look on this thing

The overall experience was good. Doctors and nurses were able to assist me efficiently and effectively. Although there were some wait times during reception (since some staff were able to make arrange the check-in while some staff were a bit slower), but everything was alright. Doctors were able to assist me and properly give me the multiple diagnoses i needed as well as give me the treatment i needed. Also, getting the approvals from my insurance was very efficient from hospitals side. So all in all, my experience was great.

I just want to commend Nurse Priyanka Victor for always being friendly, and helpful. Since we live in Abu Dhabi, she always make sure that my laboratory test will get approve in the shortest time possible and be able to do it on the same day. I remember she asked me if I’m eating properly because of what she saw in my lab test. Felt the concern that time. Honestly, the hospital experience was strange. I went there and they did all the tests, but no one explained anything to me. I ended up going back home without any medication, and I still don’t know what the reports say or what my condition is. They also told me that the doctor is on a day off today and that she will call me the day after when she returns from her leave. I’m honestly confused about how this works.
