Making sure all documents were ready, appointments smooth, and pregnant women (who already have zero patience left 😅) don’t have to wait long. I had an appointment today with the urologist Dr. Abu Talib, who sits at the Arabian Center branch of Prime Medical. I visited him, saw his face, exchanged a couple of words. He asked me two questions and prescribed an ultrasound and a test. However, the doctor who was supposed to perform the ultrasound was not available, and I was told to come back tomorrow. Unfortunately, tomorrow wasn’t possible for me due to other commitments. I mentioned I would consult another doctor. At that point, he told me I had to pay for the consultation charges, despite not prescribing any medicine or providing any treatment. On top of that, he spoke to me very rudely. You can check my history—I’ve been using Prime Medical for a long time, including the Nadha branch, Arabian Center branch, Al Warqa branch, and Prime Hospital. You can check this under my registration number. I felt extremely bad about how the doctor behaved. Then, Mr. Ala helped me, and I consulted Dr. Saboor Rizvi Syed at the Prime Medical Reef Mall branch. Please ensure you follow up with the doctor to understand why he behaved so disrespectfully toward me.
