Unfortunately the experience wasn’t great this time on multiple levels, hence feel the need for writing review as we are very regular at PRIME and have been going here for years with trust. Firstly the washrooms on 3 floor and M floor were not clean at all, I had to use it multiple times because of my condition and each time it was unhygienic. Secondly, I visited the doctor for a follow up but they charged me for consultation, my appointment was within seven days which they canceled and postponed twice because of doctors unavailability and then blamed me for not coming within seven days. I expected support on this from the customer service staff atleast when we spoke to him but he also couldn’t do much. Thirdly, the sick leave we applied for was received the next day as there was some delay in getting a stamp which the nurse informed us, but the sick leave came within seven days wrong dates and employer name, even though I had given correct information. Then they were blaming me saying you need to come in the morning for sick leave because at night time the transcriptionist or system might not work! Whereas I had been there at 6:15 pm for a 6:45 pm appointment which they gave me and made me wait till 7:25pm to see the doctor! This is very disappointing experience especially after being there so many times.

Very poor experience at the gynecology department counter and scanning room inside the clinic. The staff attitude was not at all satisfactory. They appear angry and pass on their work stress and busyness to patients who are only trying to ask basic questions. I understand staff may be busy, but patients are not responsible for that. We do not know clinic procedures, so asking questions is our only option. Instead of answering politely, staff react impatiently and get upset, which is not acceptable. Counters are often left unattended, and calls to the gynecology counter are never answered—I tried nearly 10 times in a week. This clinic seriously needs better patient handling and communication.

I am visiting your clinic often and every thing is good and the doctors and nurses aren’t very professional but I am very disappointed with the pharmacy and the staff , it took more than 45 minutes to send the request to Insurance !!! And when I asked them , they send you have to wait and you can not ask us ?!? - I can ask not to wait for very long time because there is only one person sending request when you have 7 people just giving the medication . It’s very disappointing and I will not use your pharmacy in the next visit because it’s weast of time I have to wait for submitting and then approval and then the handing over more than 2 hours , I prefer to do it from other pharmacies

I was referred to Dr. Usha for futher consultation after receiving the result of my ultrasound. When I met her, she clearly explained to me that I need to undergo a minor surgery and the procedure is called Hysterescopic D&C Polypectomy to remove the polyps. She assured me that the surgery is safe and it only takes 15mins to remove it. She also told me that I will be given a general anaesthesia and I will be asleep during the procedure. The doctor was not attentive at all during the whole conversation. His support staff and himself were occupied in their own world and when I asked about it, they said they have been busy so they are a little lost in their world. The doctor didn't listen to my concerns, rather he went on with explaining about what he feels as if it were a classroom session. I will never visit this dentist and will never recommend him to anyone.

Katarina for the sonogram was also amazing, explaining things with care, also ensuring the patient is comfortable… thank you for having the best staff! These 2 truly deserve a praise!

Reports not received on time, had to call couple of times, kept on hold everytime for more than 5 mins without any notification. Horrible service in the Motor City branch and the doctor that I visited was not upto the standard. Will never recommend the doctor or the branch.
