Actually my 18year old son visited by himself - he was told he could come as a walk in no problem and no need for an appointment but waited for nearly 2 hours and then the Dr told him off for it like it was his fault, yet he had only done what the reception had told him to do. As it was his first time visiting a psychiatrist for his mental health, he then didn't then feel as though he could talk to the Dr about his problems and the Dr had already told him off for just being there - not exactly ideal for a mental health practitioner. He also wanted to maybe try Concerta for the first time for his recently diagnosed ADHD, the Dr has given him a high dose which doesn't seem right for first time use so now I have to try to get a second opinion somewhere as I don't trust this prescription, especially as it for a serious (and expensive)medication. I have to say this was a really poor experience for him especially as he had recognized mental health issues himself and was going to someone to try to help him - I feel he was badly treated as a youngster.

hi your mizer branch and all your branch are excellent and best customer service i experience especially dr khaliluh lah the way he explains excellent service except last night ive experienced a worst service i took the coupon at the counter and waited for my name to be announced as usual may room no 20 for blood pressure and fever check i saw people directly going inside and checking done before me althugh they have come after me when i went there and just asked a simple question you dont announce the name according to the coupon instead of explainning she started arguing with high tone im a pation on the spot my blood pressure went high and i was sitting to my name to be announced i got the last chance to visit the doctor as prime is our companies arranged hospital AND THE BEST HOSPITAL IT THIS SITUATION HOW WILL SOLVE THIS PROBLEM OR ISHOULD TALK TO MY COMPANY

The reception has minimal wait time, takes a little time to register but overall it was good. Nurse Assistant was very kind and accommodating. Doctor Theresa was so professional, very gentle and was very approachable when it comes to our concerns. Pharmacy system was chaotic! Waiting system is a mess! Why you need to input your details again? Make it simple and just get the number that’s it! Waiting time is too long and then ask again to wait?! Seriously you need to make this last step more smoothly. The prescription should already send by the doctor for approval, Upon arrival at the pharmacy and waited long enough the medicine should be ready. And I hope you bring better service too to your Al Barari branch so We should not be cramping in Deira location.

I have had such a disappointing experience at the prime medical ajman branch with Dr. HUSSAIN ISMAIL , as soon i entered the room the doctor’s mood was very bad and his attitude was very rude, as a patient i was already not feeling well and he made my mental health & my mood so low & down, this is not a way a professional doctor should be behaving! No patient deserves to be treated this way, i will make sure i take my complaint to the Ministry Of Health & if needed i will take it to higher authorities ! I seriously believe the doctor should be called out for his behaviour & he should have the self realization of his mistake & apologize from his wholeheart & honesty! I need a positive reply as soon as possible, looking forward , thankyou!

Dr Wesam Gauda and his assistant ency are very professional and helpful to assist their patients. I had wonderful experience in my recovery. I would prefer prime hospital for everybody who are more concerned in having better time management or probook and better improvement. I also highlight one more aspect for the patients who are earning low salaries, they can get help from madad charity if you are matching there criteria. The assigned nurse behaviour is full of attitude and doctor even worst . I visited doctor as i was facing breathing problems swollen face and rather than giving me a treatment he ordered bundle of tests for the insurance and insurance declined the request as there wasn’t any need for yhe tests as per my health status . He given only Panadol & keep me waited at hospital for almost 3 hrs being sick without a proper treatment which was required . Overall worst ever experience visiting prime health burjman centre .
