Every concern, every fear, every tiny symptom… she took it all seriously. Tracked my progress. Tracked my baby’s progress. Calmed me when I spiraled. Reassured me when Google tried to scare me. And considering this was a high-risk pregnancy (gestational diabetes + high blood pressure + third C-section after a long gap), her care meant everything to me. She made sure I followed every precaution, every step, every check. Never rushed me. Never dismissed me. Always present. Always kind. I was TERRIFIED going into my third C-section. High risk. Long gap. So many what-ifs in my head. But Dr. Aida handled everything with such confidence, calm, and precision that it felt… safe. Controlled. Professional. Reassuring. Now, 10 days postpartum — Alhamdulillah — I feel like I’m already back on my feet. Energised. Strong. Almost like nothing even happened. That’s how clean, smooth, and well-managed everything was. Also a huge thank you to her wonderful assistant, Nurse Sheeja — the quiet superhero behind the scenes. Making sure all documents were ready, appointments smooth, and pregnant women (who already have zero patience left 😅) don’t have to wait long. If you’re pregnant and reading this — Dr. Aida is your person. Your safe space. Your calm in chaos. Your best decision during this beautiful yet overwhelming phase. I 100/100 recommend her. Truly. Dr Sanjay at Al Zahra is professional, caring and very patient focused. I went to Dr Sanjay with a case of my ureter stents being replaced every 6-8 months after an initial stone removal by laser not done well by another hospital & doc (not mentioning names), where my upper ureter got damaged and developed a stricture. Dr Sanjay advised removal of the stricture through a surgery. We took time and other opinions to arrive on the fact that the surgery was unavoidable, to ensure any further complications or stents to support the ureter. Dr Sanjay was very patient and let us arrive on the decision ourselves and provided for a few months all the information in full transparency we needed to take a decision. I finally went through the laparoscopic surgery (4 hours+) and now under a recovery time frame hope all will be healed soon internally. I also would like to thank for his very caring staff and nurses at Al Zahra during and after my post procedure admission period. I am back on my feet and pray all will be well internally as well. I am writing a detailed notes because it’s been an anxious 2.5 years of visiting various docs and hospitals and procedures, and finally looks like there is a resolution, for what could have been a simple stone removal laser procedure by the first doctor at another place. But no one to blame here. Only to thank for now and pray to God for my complete healing, and for all patients out there to get the right first treatment because that matters when it comes to our bodies.

I had an appointment today with the urologist Dr. Abu Talib, who sits at the Arabian Center branch of Prime Medical. I visited him, saw his face, exchanged a couple of words. He asked me two questions and prescribed an ultrasound and a test. However, the doctor who was supposed to perform the ultrasound was not available, and I was told to come back tomorrow. Unfortunately, tomorrow wasn’t possible for me due to other commitments. I mentioned I would consult another doctor. At that point, he told me I had to pay for the consultation charges, despite not prescribing any medicine or providing any treatment. On top of that, he spoke to me very rudely. You can check my history—I’ve been using Prime Medical for a long time, including the Nadha branch, Arabian Center branch, Al Warqa branch, and Prime Hospital. You can check this under my registration number. I felt extremely bad about how the doctor behaved. Then, Mr. Ala helped me, and I consulted Dr. Saboor Rizvi Syed at the Prime Medical Reef Mall branch. Please ensure you follow up with the doctor to understand why he behaved so disrespectfully toward me.

Dear Prime Services Team, I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received during my recent visit. I had an appointment for my child scheduled at 7:40. Due to personal reasons, I informed your staff in advance that I would be coming as a walking customer. Despite arriving on time, several patients who came after us were allowed to see the doctor before my child. As a result, my wife, my child, and I had to wait for almost one hour before being attended to. This situation was extremely inconvenient, especially with a child. Additionally, I noticed that only one staff member was handling customer service at that time, which led to a very long waiting queue and added to the delay. Overall, the poor queue management and limited staffing made the experience very unpleasant. I believe the management needs to seriously review and improve the appointment handling and customer service process to avoid such issues in the future. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and work towards improving the quality of service.

When I was given injection the nurse dropped some liquid side on the floor. I said oh ! Bus she picked it up and continued. Needle was in my arm but syringe side should have replaced.. it’s still not acceptable. It’s too late. What responsibility will you take if I get infected. I’m very much concerned. Some nurse are so good. It’s my first time that I saw her. About cashier. I’ve been requested invoice for sick leave. I spoke to the cashier who is philipina process my payment right after finished my payment. I waited whole day nothing find in my email. I called via phone call for three time. Still haven’t find any. I emailed help desk and no reaction. I AM STILL WAITING INVOICE FOR SICK LEAVE!!! WHAT IS THIS CUSTOMER SERVICE. Usually I understand they are busy it’s understandable. But this time multiple things … it’s terribly bad.

She is smiling, incredibly positive, friendly, a super listener and qualified. I felt immediately so confident and comfortable as doctors Sobia understood my concerns, and I started the treatments after receiving a very detailed report. Dr. Sobia was with me during the whole process and continuously checking on me and making sure I was well taking care of during the IV drop procedures. No doubt the service of the clinic is excellent and they used high quality products.

our appointment with Dr. Trivedi at 2:30 PM and by the time we reached clinic was 2:44 and we called out on our token @2:52 by the time receptionist told us that Dr have stop taking patients as he finish his day at 3 which we respect but still it was not 3 PM i found Dr leaving in front of me and i still requested and apologize for being late and he refused completely to see my son and left @2:54 pm saying his room has been taken by other fellow Dr. where i saw room was taken way after he left. and he didnt bother to my son at all

Went for a checkup - determined I needed a root canal. Dr advised she will submit for approval and refer to another branch. 3 days later I called to follow up as I received confirmation of an approval. She booked for oasis branch but no submission for the root canal was done , only x ray. Oasis now wants a new consult and new submission. A complete waste of time . I’ve requested for my x rays to use a more efficient establishment.
