Dear Management Team, I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding the experience my son and I had during our visit to Prime Medical last night. Upon arrival, we were waiting for more than 20 minutes for basic procedures such as checking blood pressure and other preliminary details. During this time, I was seated in the waiting area with my son. I observed the nursing staff engaged in personal conversations among themselves, while patients continued to wait. What was most concerning was that a family who arrived after us was allowed to enter directly before us. One of the nurses clearly saw that I had arrived earlier and was waiting for my turn, yet no action was taken. As a frequent patient of Prime Medical, I did not expect such rude and unprofessional behavior. Eventually, I tried to enter Dr. Geetika’s room when my turn should have come. However, a lady nurse stopped us very rudely and allowed another family to enter, stating they had an appointment. This entire situation was handled without proper communication or courtesy, which made the experience very unpleasant and stressful for me and my child. The only positive aspect of this visit, as always, was the behavior of Dr. Om Prakash. I truly admire his professionalism, dedication, and the care he provides. He consistently treats patients with respect and prescribes medication appropriately based on the health condition. His conduct reflects the standard of care I expect from Prime Medical. I humbly request the management to take this complaint seriously and address the behavior of the nursing staff, so that no other patient has to go through a similar experience in the future. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. I hope appropriate action will be taken.

Her patience, and helpful nature made a huge difference in my recovery experience. Dear Prime Services Team, I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received during my recent visit. I had an appointment for my child scheduled at 7:40. Due to personal reasons, I informed your staff in advance that I would be coming as a walking customer. Despite arriving on time, several patients who came after us were allowed to see the doctor before my child. As a result, my wife, my child, and I had to wait for almost one hour before being attended to. This situation was extremely inconvenient, especially with a child. Additionally, I noticed that only one staff member was handling customer service at that time, which led to a very long waiting queue and added to the delay. Overall, the poor queue management and limited staffing made the experience very unpleasant. I believe the management needs to seriously review and improve the appointment handling and customer service process to avoid such issues in the future I hope you will take this feedback seriously and work towards improving the quality of service.

When I was given injection the nurse dropped some liquid side on the floor. I said oh ! Bus she picked it up and continued. Needle was in my arm but syringe side should have replaced.. it’s still not acceptable. It’s too late. What responsibility will you take if I get infected. I’m very much concerned. Some nurse are so good. It’s my first time that I saw her. About cashier. I’ve been requested invoice for sick leave. I spoke to the cashier who is philipina process my payment right after finished my payment. I waited whole day nothing find in my email. I called via phone call for three time. Still haven’t find any. I emailed help desk and no reaction. I AM STILL WAITING INVOICE FOR SICK LEAVE!!! WHAT IS THIS CUSTOMER SERVICE. Usually I understand they are busy it’s understandable. But this time multiple things … it’s terribly bad.

Physiotherapy can be challenging for children, as it requires time and commitment. However, Kirsten Duthie has a remarkable ability to create a warm and highly motivating environment that makes the therapy process positive and engaging. We feel very fortunate to have found her.

Dr. Maria Sagun is my Physician for at least 5 years and during this period she has consistent shown true and sincere care to her patient. our appointment with Dr. Trivedi at 2:30 PM and by the time we reached clinic was 2:44 and we called out on our token @2:52 by the time receptionist told us that Dr have stop taking patients as he finish his day at 3 which we respect but still it was not 3 PM i found Dr leaving in front of me and i still requested and apologize for being late and he refused completely to see my son and left @2:54 pm saying his room has been taken by other fellow Dr. where i saw room was taken way after he left. and he didnt bother to my son at all
