قسم الجلدية فضيع ! ساعه و40 دقيقه انتظر ادخل على الدكتوره (مياده) قسم الجلديه ولازم في اولويات اللي منهم دكاترة المستشفى يدخلون قبل المريض وبدون موعد لان عندهم واسطه عادي ينسون يسجلونك في الرسبشن ولو عندك الم ومش مراجعه عاديه لازم تتحملون وتنتظرون الواسطات والمحسوبيات في العياده اسوء قسم مر علي في عيادات الجلديه (عيادة برايم المزهر قسم الجلدية The dermatology department is terrible! I waited 1 hour and 40 minutes just to see Dr. Mayada. There are unfair priorities—hospital doctors are allowed to go in before patients without appointments simply because of connections. It’s also very easy for them to forget to register you at reception. Even if you are in pain and not just there for a routine check-up, you’re expected to wait and tolerate all the favoritism and nepotism. This is the worst dermatology department I have ever experienced (Prime Clinic Al Mizhar – Dermatology Department).

My last visit was great ( under Dr Samer the Dermatologist) , but Im hoping for a far far better service in OB GYNE department. The service in there was totally bad , it's difficult to chase them once you're out from the clinic . From medicine approval follow up to urine test result ( what should we do ) and dosage of the medicine that has been changed , i even sent message to the Dr as per her word but it took soooo long for her to reply .All these issues was sorted already however the team should know that I am not happy with the services rendered from the OB Gyne Team in this branch . Prime is JCIA accredited but the previous services I felt like there should be more things to be done .

I met up with Dr. Manar Hajali during my second pregnancy after previously having a stillborn. She really helped me in my whole journey to motherhood and was always available 24/7. She is very caring, kind, loving and handled all my questions with top-notch professionalism. Her joyous nature calmed my overthinking and cleared my doubts. I would highly recommend her as she helped me be brave throughout my whole pregnancy and encouraged me to go on until the day i gave birth.
