The Pharmacist (Ancy) is very slow and inconsiderate. My baby was complaining about his stomach hurts and vommitted at home so we to Prime Clinic for check up. The doctor prescribed Dompy to take immediately in the clinic and observe him 15-30 mins if he continues to vomit. The nurse told us to collect the medicine in the pharmacy to give it to my son on the clinic as per doctor advised. My husband waited and came back and forth telling the nurse that the pharmacist did not call his name to give attend immediately so we can have the medicine and give to our son immediately. The nurse said she called Ancy already to hand over the medicine immediate for we need it to treat my son in the clinic. When I was the one to go to the pharmacy instead, I told her that my son needed already the medicine and my husband came there several times but she did not called his name to attend first for it’s urgently care for my son’s health. Andy told me that we have to wait for she is still attending another customer and needs insurance approval. After my son took the medicine, he vomitted again so the doctor prescribed the injection that needs to go back to the pharmacy and undergo same procedure to wait and approved by the insurance before my baby have the injection. After the injection, the nurse told us that doctor gave oral solution to be taken at home which needs again to go back to the pharmacy to take same process. Your process in the clinic and pharmacy is killing the patient. Please check your standard of procedures for the communication and delivery of in-clinic treatments. For the patients needs immediate attention and assistance however patient needs to come back and forth to your pharmacy and clinic with miscommunication between the nurses and pharmacist. No one care about the time that my son needed already the medication and instead of apologizing they are pointing each other who’s not giving the proper advice.

We have been visiting this center for past 6-7 years and it’s was always a good experience, but now there have been some staff changes which is not in a good way, the receptionists are mostly now Arabs always talking to each other. In my last visit i had a bad experience with ghe accountants, they had no information about the vaccine and told me wrong price , as this was my daughter’s 3rd and last dose of same vaccine and i knew the price i corrected them, while standing there they wrongly charged a person a later when he came again with some prove they apologised him and returned his money, but again they asked me to pay 25% of lab and radiology charges along my insurance, which was unusual to me as my insurance clearly says nil copayment for these services . So i had to open my insurance virtual card to show it to them and again they were like sorry sorry it was a mistake. What kind of attitude is that wasting our time. In pharmacy the waiting time was also very long i had to wait 40 minutes just for 1 medicine already covered from insurance.

We visited for follow up visit with eye Dr at prime hospital normally we are seeking medical consultation related to glucoma since last 3 years from different medical facilities and some one recommended to get second opinion from here , my concern is not about Dr but about the management normally why u visit Dr to get ur vision check and pressure check but it’s very strange and surprising that first time in my life this is the first hospital who charge to check eye pressure and explaining to me that this is not consultation it’s procedure and they are not accepting this mistake and already claim co payment from me . I am very disappointed with the way customers service advisor handling these issues. This is not my first visit no single hospital claim extra for follow up what they did today under follow up visit , I have to think several time for any future consultation if arise as I left very disappointed .

I have visited several different branches of PRIME Medical Centers, and I would like to raise a concern about the Motor City branch. There is a very strong scent in the facility, which can be overwhelming. I have tried to bring this to the attention of the staff, as strong fragrances in a medical environment can trigger various types of allergies and sensitivities. I kindly request that the use of aroma diffusers be reconsidered, especially since some patients visiting the neurologist may already be suffering from nerve-related sensitivities or irritation

In the treatment room, there is one staff member who is very unprofessional and rude. She is the least polite among them and shows bad attitude towards patients. I asked her for her name and she refused to tell me, responding with “I won’t tell you.” She kept making rude expressions like “uff” the whole time. My mother was with me, and she told her to step outside because it is not allowed. Later, a Filipino staff member came in and she was very kind and polite, completely the opposite of the first one, who was extremely disrespectful and rude.
