My Journey with Dr. Satendra Kumar Multani, Endocrinologist More than ten years ago, when I first met Dr. Satendra Kumar Multani, I was in one of the toughest phases of my health journey. I weighed 107 kg, struggled with uncontrolled diabetes, and felt overwhelmed by how far things had slipped. Today, I look back with gratitude, because that first consultation with Dr. Kumar marked the beginning of a complete turnaround in my life. Under his guidance, my weight has come down to 99 kg—and more importantly, I’ve been able to maintain healthier habits and better control of my diabetes for over a decade. My HbA1c levels have stayed stable and improved consistently, something I once thought was impossible. Dr. Kumar’s approach has always been holistic: he didn’t just give prescriptions; he empowered me with knowledge. With his continuous support, his meticulous monitoring, and the right balance of medication, diet, and exercise, I learned how to take control of my health rather than let it control me. His reassurance and clear direction kept me on track even during difficult moments. What stands out most is his genuine care. Dr. Kumar didn’t just treat numbers—he treated me as a whole person. Thanks to his expertise and encouragement, I am healthier, more confident, and far more aware of how to manage my condition responsibly. We were both incredibly impressed with the level of care and attention she received. ​From the moment the appointment began, the doctor demonstrated a truly exceptional bedside manner. He provided a good, detailed explanation of the condition, making sure we understood the root cause of the pain without feeling overwhelmed by medical jargon. A unique touch that stood out was his use of fun facts and relatable analogies, which genuinely helped to put my wife at ease and made her feel comfortable during a stressful time. ​Crucially, the diagnostic process was thorough. Dr. Dr. Iyad Khoudeir conducted both a Nerve Conduction Study (NCS) and an EMG, which gave us a clear picture of the depth and scope of the nerve involvement. This comprehensive approach gave us great confidence in the diagnosis. ​Finally, the discussion about treatment was practical and encouraging. The doctor provided good suggestions and mapped out a clear way forward for her treatment plan. We left the office feeling informed, hopeful, and fully supported. ​We highly recommend Dr. Iyad Khoudeir to anyone seeking neurological care, especially for chronic pain issues like sciatica.

Avoid this doctor if you value your time, money, and peace of mind. My experience was shockingly poor from start to finish. He rushed through the entire consultation and showed no genuine interest in understanding my injury. He dismissed my ACL issue outright, telling me to “just live with it,” and couldn’t provide a single timeline or treatment plan. He claimed my MRI was clear even though the written report highlighted problems - but he barely looked at the scans and seemed more focused on ending the appointment quickly. His explanations were inconsistent and confusing. One moment he said there was pain and tenderness around the meniscus, the next moment he insisted nothing was wrong. When I tried to ask questions, he snapped back with, “You want to know everything or what?” - an extremely unprofessional and condescending response to someone who has been in pain for six months. I walked out with zero clarity, no guidance, and more frustration than I came in with. If you're looking for a doctor who listens, explains, and actually cares about helping you recover, he is definitely not the person. I would strongly recommend going elsewhere.

Since it’s only me and my husband living here, far away from our own country, her caring words and loving support made us feel safe, comfortable, and truly looked after.
