Dear prime teams, I am writing to express my serious dissatisfaction regarding the repeated and unacceptable delays in issuing my sick leave certificate at Prime Medical Center Al Qusais. This is not an isolated incident. The same issue has occurred multiple times, which clearly indicates a pattern of inefficiency and lack of accountability in your administrative processes. Despite completing consultations and complying with all requirements, I am repeatedly left waiting for a document that should be issued promptly and without complication. Such delays are not only unprofessional but also directly impact my professional commitments, putting me in a difficult position with my employer due to no fault of my own. It is unacceptable that patients must repeatedly follow up for something that is a basic part of your service. I expect my sick leave certificate to be issued immediately without any further delay. Additionally, I require a clear explanation for these recurring lapses and concrete steps your management will take to ensure this does not happen again. Please be advised that if this matter is not resolved urgently, I will escalate the complaint to the relevant health authorities and formally raise concerns regarding the standard of administrative services provided.

I would like to share my recent experience at the pharmacy, which has been quite disappointing on two separate occasions. At the clinic, I was advised that due to my age, I should not wait in the queue for a coupon and instead proceed directly to the counter. However, on both visits, when I followed this instruction and presented the slip given by the clinic cashier, the pharmacy staff refused to assist and asked me to go back and take a coupon. When I explained that I had been specifically instructed not to stand in the queue, my request was still not acknowledged. This puts me in an uncomfortable position where I have to repeatedly explain myself to different staff members each time I visit. On both occasions it was male staff. This experience has been frustrating and, frankly, quite humiliating. As a suggestion, it would be helpful if the clinic reception could provide a clear indicator—such as a stamp or marking on the slip—to identify priority customers. This would avoid confusion and ensure a smoother, more respectful experience for elderly patients. I hope this concern is addressed to improve the process for others as well.

DentalDate is a perfect place for all dental treatments. I have done my root canal treatment by Dr. Vera Demidova. Issues with root canal are extremely unpleasant and cause lots of pain but Dr. Vera did a perfect job performing every step very gently, meticulously, thoroughly. In spite of my complicated case I felt that I was in safe hands. Can highly recommend Dr. Vera as a highly experienced dentist. I chose this clinic first for my child’s orthodontic treatment. After visiting several clinics for consultation I felt that in DentalDate the approach is the most professional when it comes to difficult case. Dr. Lilia explained all the stages, that it would not be quick to achieve a perfect stable result. My child is still in the process of treatment with wonderful Dr. Rita. Need to mention also an overall perfect service as soon as you enter the clinic: always very welcoming reception team, nice choice of drinks (tea, coffee and perfect matcha) from Hanileen.

I had a very positive experience with Dr. Marvin Jed Soledad at Prime Medical Center Al Nahda. From the moment the consultation started, he made me feel comfortable and genuinely listened to my concerns. He takes the time to understand what his patients are going through and does not rush the appointment, which I really appreciated. Dr. Marvin Jed Soledad is very patient-oriented and explains things clearly in a way that is easy to understand. You can tell that he truly cares about helping his patients and making sure they feel reassured and well taken care of. He is also very accommodating and approachable, which makes the whole clinic visit much more pleasant. It’s not always easy to find a doctor who combines professionalism with genuine care and attentiveness, but Dr. Marvin Jed Soledad does exactly that. I’m very grateful for the experience and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a thoughtful, compassionate, and reliable doctor.

Dr. Ahad is tremendously a rock star. I normally go to a female dentist with the assumption they have light hands, smooth handling and that mother's care. My experience with Dr Ahad changed everything. He is very hands on, a good listener, conversationalist and he explains everything in details. Something I really appreciate as a patient. He is very accommodating and treats me like a star patient and I assume he does to all of his patients. Isn't it amazing? I had a front tooth extraction and he executed it very well. From usual check up, xray to extractions and even provided me an option to choose from what is best and not for me. A customized doctor-patient relationship. One of a kind. I had plan a C-section and all myths i heard from family, friends all nerve chilling stories all gone it was super amazing starting from operation day to operation room she was there to make embrace each moment, we had our best moment in that operation theatre . So much to say but yes thanks you Doc. Shalini for giving us this experience and making our baby birth so special. The sickness was due to Viral Fever cough and cold. At home we started giving generic medicine like paracetamol, couch syrup, nebulizer that was prescribed last time by Paediatric doctor and was available from the last lot. We wanted to keep same medicine handy for the night and for next day plus to take next day doctor's note to take rest. But doctor said will not give those medicine you come again if he gets nose block or cough etc. Doctor was too egoistic and was showing sign that I know everything don't tell me what earlier you did with other doctor etc. She was not just rude but was never cooperating. Nothing specific but did not feel good after the visit like we feel with every other prime doctors in past 7 years. We decide not to visit the same doctor in future to avoid unnecessary complicacy.

The reception has minimal wait time, takes a little time to register but overall it was good. Nurse Assistant was very kind and accommodating. Doctor Theresa was so professional, very gentle and was very approachable when it comes to our concerns. Pharmacy system was chaotic! Waiting system is a mess! Why you need to input your details again? Make it simple and just get the number that’s it! Waiting time is too long and then ask again to wait?! Seriously you need to make this last step more smoothly. The prescription should already send by the doctor for approval, Upon arrival at the pharmacy and waited long enough the medicine should be ready. And I hope you bring better service too to your Al Barari branch so We should not be cramping in Deira location.
