Date: November 5,2025 Time : 10:32 Am Location: GP Receptionist Area Reef Mall I walked in to see the GP doctor.The receptionist adviced me to go to primecorp,saying that all the GPs were there.I was hesistant to go, as my colleague had informed me that her check up was done at Reef mall.To confirm, I called my colleague,and she confirmed that her visit indeed at reef mall. I then returned to the receptionist and explained that my insurance is covered at reef mall.I also mentioned that i could see the internal medicine doctor there,as my colleague had advised.However,the receptionist argued with me and said that I would to pay AED 50,speaking with a rude facial expression.I replied that was fine to pay. I politely told him that next time,he should provide clearer advice to customers,as we may not know all the details.He continued agruing, so I stopped him and said that if he had just apologized,I would have understood.I then left Unfortunately,I forgot to get his name. The receptionist was MALE; nationality unknown Big Thanks to the staff in the Internal medicine department from the receptionist to the doctor for being so hepful and friendly.

تشرفت كثيرا بالتعرف على الدكتورة الزهراء، بالرغم من صغر سنها لكنها بالعلم اكبر بكثير، بصراحة قامت الدكتورة بعلاج الوردية التي طالما عانيت منها ومع الأسف لم اجد علاجي عند معظم زياراتي المتكررة عند أطباء الجلدية لكن الدكتورة الزهراء من الزيارة الاولى حددت المشكلة ووصفت لي الأدوية المناسبة لحالتي، ماشالله تبارك الرحمن لم اصدق النتيجة التي حصلت عليها. شكرا على كل شيء وأمنياتي لك بالتوفيق الدائم لانك تستحقين ذلك وبجدارة.

I have asked for an attested sick certificate and although I paid for the service and asked you to deliver it today before tomorrow as it needed it to be submitted on the same day at my work, you did NOT deliver it! and this isn't the first time by the way ! Appointment time was 9 and process started at 9.15, when went for x-ray, lab tech was busy in watching mobile and didn't call for a number, when i went inside the room and asked then she saw the screen and confirm my number, she was quick afterwards, so when number pops up that time sound should come to make lab tech aware since its morning time and they are not expecting patient that time
