My Successful VBAC Story with Dr. Iza Roelle Maniego One of the most important decisions during pregnancy is choosing an OB-GYN you truly feel comfortable with , someone you trust and know will support you every step of the way. The moment I saw Dr. Iza’s profile and learned that she is a strong VBAC advocate, I instantly knew she was the perfect doctor for me. From the very beginning, I fully trusted her because I knew she would always do what was best for me and my baby. During every visit, she never failed to explain the pros and cons of every request and delivery plan. She made sure I was well-informed and empowered to make the right decisions for my body and my pregnancy. This meant so much to me, especially since I was also a high-risk pregnancy. More than her credentials, Dr. Iza’s motto truly reflects who she is: “Do what you love and you’ll never work a day in your life.” You can clearly feel this in every visit. She is passionate, supportive, and genuinely caring. Her aura is light and positive, and she always greets you with a warm smile that instantly puts you at ease. I also want to commend her nurse, Margaret, who was incredibly kind and attentive. She always kept me updated with my test results and consistently checked in on how I was doing, which made the entire experience even more reassuring. I gave birth to my baby girl on December 13, 2025. I went into labor without induction or epidural, and there was a moment when I almost gave up and requested an epidural. But I am so grateful for Dr. Iza’s words of encouragement. Knowing she was there guiding me through every painful contraction gave me the strength to keep going. Her calm presence and constant guidance helped me survive each contraction until my baby was finally in my arms. I would highly recommend Dr. Iza Roelle Maniego to any mama especially those considering VBAC who is looking for a doctor who truly listens, explains, supports, and believes in you. I also want to extend my heartfelt thanks to the amazing nurses at Prime Hospital who took care of me during labor and delivery. This experience will forever stay in my heart. Unfortunately the experience wasn’t great this time on multiple levels, hence feel the need for writing review as we are very regular at PRIME and have been going here for years with trust. Firstly the washrooms on 3 floor and M floor were not clean at all, I had to use it multiple times because of my condition and each time it was unhygienic. Secondly, I visited the doctor for a follow up but they charged me for consultation, my appointment was within seven days which they canceled and postponed twice because of doctors unavailability and then blamed me for not coming within seven days. I expected support on this from the customer service staff atleast when we spoke to him but he also couldn’t do much. Thirdly, the sick leave we applied for was received the next day as there was some delay in getting a stamp which the nurse informed us, but the sick leave came within seven days wrong dates and employer name, even though I had given correct information. Then they were blaming me saying you need to come in the morning for sick leave because at night time the transcriptionist or system might not work! Whereas I had been there at 6:15 pm for a 6:45 pm appointment which they gave me and made me wait till 7:25pm to see the doctor! This is very disappointing experience especially after being there so many times.

The doctor was polite and professional during the consultation. However, despite presenting with severe lower back and pelvic pain, abnormal menstrual bleeding pattern, and recent fever and dizziness, the symptoms were described as ‘nothing unusual’. An abdominal scan was advised, but the process involved significant delays due to approval timelines and the doctor’s unavailability, with follow-up suggested after many days. Given the level of pain and symptoms, clearer guidance, urgency, or an interim management plan would have been reassuring. While I understand the need to assess sexual history for medical reasons, the way questions were asked felt personal rather than clinical. Being asked about having a boyfriend and virginity, and feeling as though my responses were doubted, was uncomfortable and stressful during an already painful consultation. A more neutral, respectful, and clinically framed approach would have helped maintain trust and comfort as a patient. I believe better communication regarding symptom severity and faster diagnostic coordination would improve patient experience.

I would like to share my feedback regarding my recent experience at Prime Medical. My overall experience with the doctors and hospital services has been very good. I have been visiting Prime Medical for the past 10 years, and I truly appreciate the quality of medical care provided. This feedback is not a complaint about the pharmacy staff, who I believe are doing their best. However, over the past one year, I have noticed a significant issue with the pharmacy services, especially during peak hours. The waiting time has become much longer than expected, often exceeding one hour. This is very difficult and exhausting for patients, particularly those who are already unwell and do not have the energy to wait for such long periods. I am sharing this feedback not only for myself but also to help improve the experience for other patients. I kindly request the management to consider increasing pharmacy resources or support during peak hours to reduce waiting time and improve patient comfort. Thank you for your attention and continued commitment to patient care.

تجربتي مع دكتورة عايدة ممتازة لكن غالبية الممرضات "من الجنسية الهندية"جعلوا اقامتي في المستشفى اكثر صعوبة وألمًا! من حيث التعامل والاسلوب وعدم تقديم المساعدة كما يجب استثني من ذلك الممرضة المصرية المحجبة كانت قمة في الاخلاق والادب والممرضة الفلبينية الكبيرة في العمر والمقام وترتدي نظارة كانت تعرض مساعدتها وترتب الغرفة حتى دون ان نطلب منها ذلك ' الممرضة التي اخذت طفلتني لسحب الدم منها لإجراء فحص الscreening رفضت ان اكون. انا او والدها معها في غرفة سحب الدم بحجة ان الغرفة صغيرة! لقد ولدت طفلتي للتو فكيف تتوقعون ان نكون بحال خير عندما نسمع صريخ طفلتنا من الغرفة المجاورة ونحن لا نرى شيء ! ليس لكم اي حق في ذلك .. نحن لن نعيق الاجراء بالطبع لانه من مصلحة ابتنا لكن كنا سنكون مطمئنين عندما نكون بجوارها ونمسك يدها ع الاقل!! حال الممرضات في مستشفاكم يحتاج لصرامة اكثر

While the staff were helpful and professional, my experience with the GP, Dr. Nilesh Trivedi, was disappointing. This is the second time I have had a similar experience with him. He appeared disinterested and unengaged, and his responses were vague and very close ended. I repeatedly had to ask the same questions to get any clarity, which left me feeling confused and unheard rather than reassured. As a patient, I expect clear communication and attentiveness, especially during a medical consultation. Unfortunately, this was lacking, and it negatively impacted my overall experience. I wanted to share this feedback honestly, as it has now happened more than once.

After seeing the blood test results , doctor informed its mild infection whereas my son developed fever and ear pain. Cough increased. When I call the doctor through call center, Doctor informed me directly that he will prescribe Anti biotic since the fever and ear pain persists. But he didn't prescribe and I was not informed also. One day before only Doctor should have prescribed Anti biotic. We visited another doctor and got it. And my son couldn't attend school for 4 days and he was crying over ear pain. That gave us trouble.
