Once we reached the clinic, we took a token and waited for 30 minutes. During that time, we noticed that four reception staff members were busy doing nothing. They were just giving instructions to whoever came to the reception. Meanwhile, patients who arrived after us were being registered before us. I also saw my doctor walking freely in the corridor, which made me realize that there was no proper use of the token system. So, I went to the reception and noticed a signing tablet kept there. I thought it was for customer feedback, so I started checking it. At that moment, the receptionist asked if I needed any help. I explained that I had come 32 minutes earlier and had been waiting for our token number to be called for registration. He immediately registered us and sent us to the doctor. When I met the doctor, I asked if she had been busy, and she confirmed that she didn’t have any patients and had just been walking in the corridor. This clearly shows that we wasted 32 minutes waiting unnecessarily for our token number to be announced. The reception team should be properly trained to follow the SOPs and the job description of a receptionist. I have been a prime customer for the past 16 years, and such an experience makes me reconsider my choice of healthcare provider. Compared to the overall positive experience I’ve had with your hospital, I must express my concern about a recent incident involving your front office registration staff. (near the escalator) Your registration team needs to be more engaging, transparent, and honest — particularly when asking patients to sign documents. I have been visiting your hospital for over a year now, and this is the first time I have encountered such an issue. During my recent visit, I was asked to sign on an electronic pad. When I inquired about it, the young lady at the counter, dressed in a black abaya, informed me that it was “just to update your records.” However, later that evening, I received a consent form by email that already contained my electronic signature. This is a serious breach of trust and professionalism. Actions like these can undermine the reputation of an otherwise reputable organization. I am confident that this may have been the action of an individual or a few staff members, but I urge you to address this matter seriously to prevent any recurrence. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I cannot say enough good things about Mr Ujam! From my very first consultation for Blepharoplasty surgery to my post-op follow-ups, the entire experience was absolutely outstanding. Although with the PDRN there was minimal improvement, I opted to have the tear trough fillers done. The procedure was painless and easy and not as bad as i thought it would be. I can already see the immediate results and I am waiting for the long term benefits too. Dr Ahsan explained it clearly to me the procedure, aftercare and explained to me it would be the best treatment option for me and I am super happy.

We recently visited prime medical Al Qasimiya clinic, first with the GP and then with the gynecologist. Unfortunately, during the gynecologist consultation, our questions were not addressed, which left us worried, still have concerns that remain unanswered. Additionally, the support staff is quite slow, particularly the person handling cash and the ones registering patient EIDs. This caused unnecessary delays in the overall process. We would appreciate it if more attention could be given to ensuring that doctors address patient concerns fully and that support staff are more efficient in managing registrations and payments.

I came for an eye check up. I was prescribed a 97 dirhams per box for 20 vials eye solution for 3 months there fore 3 boxes. This for a simple eye moisturizer . It’s horrible to prescribe something so expensive for a simple moisturizing solution for the eyes. Even though it’s insurance covered I was told to pay aed 50. Why are you’ll taking advantage of a patient. I raised the issue with the Prime pharmacist who immediately changed the prescription and consulted the doctor for the prescription. Please donot take advantage of insurance covers .
