My Journey with Dr. Satendra Kumar Multani, Endocrinologist More than ten years ago, when I first met Dr. Satendra Kumar Multani, I was in one of the toughest phases of my health journey. I weighed 107 kg, struggled with uncontrolled diabetes, and felt overwhelmed by how far things had slipped. Today, I look back with gratitude, because that first consultation with Dr. Kumar marked the beginning of a complete turnaround in my life. Under his guidance, my weight has come down to 99 kg—and more importantly, I’ve been able to maintain healthier habits and better control of my diabetes for over a decade. My HbA1c levels have stayed stable and improved consistently, something I once thought was impossible. Dr. Kumar’s approach has always been holistic: he didn’t just give prescriptions; he empowered me with knowledge. Avoid this doctor if you value your time, money, and peace of mind. My experience was shockingly poor from start to finish. He rushed through the entire consultation and showed no genuine interest in understanding my injury. He dismissed my ACL issue outright, telling me to “just live with it,” and couldn’t provide a single timeline or treatment plan. He claimed my MRI was clear even though the written report highlighted problems - but he barely looked at the scans and seemed more focused on ending the appointment quickly. His explanations were inconsistent and confusing. One moment he said there was pain and tenderness around the meniscus, the next moment he insisted nothing was wrong. When I tried to ask questions, he snapped back with, “You want to know everything or what?” - an extremely unprofessional and condescending response to someone who has been in pain for six months. I walked out with zero clarity, no guidance, and more frustration than I came in with. If you're looking for a doctor who listens, explains, and actually cares about helping you recover, he is definitely not the person. I would strongly recommend going elsewhere.

I am very satisfied with the results after meeting Dr Shayesteh at Medcare Mirdif. It was my constant fatigue that prompted me to visit her. After several tests, my bloodworks show prediabetes and fatty liver to my diagnosis. She prescribed me Mounjaro. My body responded positively with the pen. Its a total lifestyle change for me, I now do OMAD and I found myself exercising hours before I break my fast, the quality of my sleep is amazing, my circadian rhythm changed, sleeping at 10pm and waking up well rested at 4.30 without the need for alarm, this is really a positively change from someone lethargic like me. From 101cm waistline to 93cm, 88kg to 78kg, only after a month. It is so amazing. Doctor Shayesteh is patient with my queries and will explain the process thoroughly. She is highly recommended.

I have been here for specialized MRIs about 5 times in the last 8 months. Without exception the staff are highly professional, warm, make sure I am comfortable. The atmosphere is relaxed, lovely artwork in the main waiting area. The driver service is especially nice as I am not comfortable driving to/from the multiple medical appointments I have each month. My doctor appreciates the excellent t quality of the mRI to monitor my treatments.

Appointment with Urologist was at 20h20. I was there 5 minutes earlier, registration process took a while (which is "okay" given that it always takes time in this country compared to Germany for example ;-) Staff was friendly and doctor as well. He explained everything in easy words and took time for the patient which I appreciated.
