I booked an orthopedic appointment by phone for my son after he injured his leg. After a long wait at registration, I was informed that my insurance does not cover this specific orthopedic doctor, even though my insurance is covered at this medical center and covers all other doctors. I was later told that the issue is that the doctor is new and his insurance paperwork is not yet completed. This is an internal administrative issue and should not affect patients. The doctor is actively working at the medical center and seeing patients, yet my son was refused consultation unless I paid cash. No one informed me of this issue during the phone booking. The staff’s attitude was unprofessional, unhelpful, and lacked basic courtesy or apology, despite my son being on a wheelchair and in need of urgent orthopedic care. Even after being seen by a Family Medicine doctor and advised to consult an orthopedic specialist, registration still refused to allow access to the orthopedic doctor for the same reason. This experience shows poor communication, mismanagement, and lack of patient care, and caused significant stress and inconvenience. I am extremely dissatisfied and expect this matter to be addressed to prevent it from happening again.

Very badly organised prime medical center which i have visited. The staff in the reception tries to teach you when you tell any complaint. No nurse at the doctor’s room to inform whose turn is next. Afterall when everyone is waiting, some random person will come from nowhere and go inside the room. When you ask about it, they say priority appointment. But when we ask what is priority appointment nonody knows. Very badly organised. And reception staff also not polite enough to explain things properly. And regarding appointment, i had appointment which was booked in the application and when i came to the reception it was not there and i think they removed and was asking for message which i didnt receive. I had to booked one appointment for future just to show him that we normally dont receive any message when we book appointment in the app. Very bad experience from this branch.

Dr Anil Kumar ( endocrinologist ) is the best doctor and my favorite doctor in UAE He diagnose the issue and treat immediately I have recommended him to many of my friends and colleagues, and they have not been disappointed either so far he is indeed one of the greatest and most professional doctors PRIME has ever had.. Thank you, Doctor for your dedication and also being kind and compassionate. You are truly what this industry requires an incredibly genuine doctor and we are grateful that you are living here in UAE to help us and many other patients that I have personally recommend recommended.. Dr. Denisse is a well-rounded professional doctor. He discussed matters with my health and laboratory results very well, in such a level that I am fully understand it. This doctor is very compassionate to all her patients you can fell him during every conversation. He speaks clear enough and he entertainment my questions and clarification. He don't felt hurry even though there is a lot of patients queue he will ensure that your time visiting him is make you comfortable despite of sickness. I visit some Filipino doctor but I can fully attest that Dr.Denisse is best.

Can you please look at the requirement of visiting the cashier after doctor visit. As a process once we are done with the doctor, we need to visit the cashier before leaving but for certain insurance it is completely covered and if it is not covered nurse always informs on the additional charge. If there is no payment you shouldnt be asking the people to queue up for cashier because you already have a long wait and just to get a stamp on the registration paper and a acknowledgment of nothing is required we are expected to wait 10-15 minutes.

The gynecologist was very professional and competent. However, the payment staff was unprofessional and disappointing. They were laughing and chatting among themselves while I was waiting. I had to wait more than 30 minutes despite having an appointment, because no one was supervising the order of service, and other patients were seen before me. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience, and I will not be returning
