The consultation was quick and meaningful which i prefer. But the waiting process was dreadful, disappointing, and frustrating. I hope the booking process for telehealth consultation would see improvement. I had prior commitment scheduled at 12 pm yesterday. That is why I could not visit the clinic for a face to face check up. Booked my telehealth consultation at 11am yesterday (enought time till 12pm), had the confirmation a day before thru an IVR call, received the text confirmation as well for an 11 am telehealth consultation. Got ready and waited since 10:45am. Did not get any update till 11:15. Had to call several times to check for my booking. I was informed twice to wait for 5-10 mins to get the call. Finally got registered at 11:38 am (which was very late), again with a confirmed booking at 11am. Still i did not get a call. The clinic called me at 12:20 to inform that Doctor will talk to me after few minutes. As per the Nurse from the clinic, reception was informed to register all telehealth consultation from 8am yesterday. But again I was only registered at 11:38 am. Finally able to get the call from the Doctor at 12:25 pm. Again the telehealth consultation was confirmed at 11am. Had to adjust all prior commitments just because the scheduled telehealth at 11am was not followed and was actually delayed for more than 1 hour which is not acceptable at all. 15 to 20 min delayed, i can understand given the tight schedule at the clinic, but 1 hour and 25min is just too much i think just because i was not registered on time.

ACOC is by far the BEST cancer treatment facility in DUBAI hands down,they have the best Specialist and DOCTORS from ONCOLOGIST to RADIOLOGIST with the care of the BEST NURSES and STAFF. My wife was diagnosed of advanced breast cancer that metastasized to her Spine and hips, when we felt like the universe picked on us and for us all hope was gone after all our initial diagnosis coming to this place was a miracle they showered us with good news and hope, they took care of my wife like an extended family. I want to say thank you from the bottom of our hearts to CHRISTINE from guiding us all thru our treatment and to NURSE FREMALYN who's patience is beyond compare and to NURSE ABEGAIL who always in touch regardless of her time staying late her dedication is admirable. To Doctor TAREK and Doctor HEIDARI who's always ready to help and gave us hope. To all the nurses and all the staffs who helped us that we didn't get the names we apologise but this place was a heaven sent for all the people with cancer. There are no mere words that can describe how thankful our family to everyone that kept this place running all of you are saviours thank you so much advance care oncology center.

I recently underwent a septoplasty procedure at Prime Hospital, and I would like to sincerely appreciate Dr. Prashanth Sharma and his team for the excellent care I received. Dr. Prashanth Sharma explained the entire procedure in detail before the surgery, including what to expect during recovery and the possible symptoms after surgery. His clear explanation helped me stay calm and confident throughout the process without unnecessary worry. His professionalism, expertise, and reassuring approach truly made a difference. I would also like to specially mention Nurse Deepali, who was extremely supportive, caring, and attentive throughout my treatment. She ensured I was comfortable and guided me properly during both the pre- and post-operative period. It has now been a week since my surgery, and I have recovered well. The follow-up consultation was smooth, and the care provided across all departments at Prime Hospital was excellent. Thank you to Dr. Prashanth Sharma, Nurse Deepali, and the entire team for the outstanding service and compassionate care. Highly recommended!

The receptionist Syed was very rude. He is not suitable for a receptionist role. Aside from having an unpleasant attitude, his face is not accommodating during times of distress. Instead of de-escalating a scenario, he is provoking the patient. He even pointed his finger and asked to be respected even though he was shouting at me. The security had to intervene and the other receptionists were also shocked by his behavior. He immediately told me that I am not covered even though the eligibility can also be checked using the policy details. I told him that I can help in checking the eligibility details. In some instances, the receptionist call the insurance yo confirm the status and this was not done. He even asked me to tell my insurance to update my EID even though it is linked. This did not happen a few days before when I visited Medcare Hospital which also uses the same eligibility portal. This experience is extremely unpleasant with Prime Medical Centre Al Nahda.

I was crying in pain for two days because of my lower tooth, and I was honestly very scared to see a dentist since I’m afraid of dental procedures. But when I went to Dr. Nagender, he reassured me that the root canal would be a pain-free procedure and he truly meant it. The procedure was much better than I expected. I didn’t feel pain, just slight vibration from the machine, which is completely manageable. Dr. Nagender was calm, gentle, and very reassuring throughout the whole treatment. A big thank you as well to Ms. Connie for taking such good care of me and making me feel comfortable. And to Ms. Janine for assisting and booking my next appointment smoothly. I really appreciate the warm and accommodating staff. Highly recommend Dr. Nagender if you’re having any tooth problems, especially if you’re scared like me. They truly care about their patients. I had a very severe throat infection. I couldn’t speak and I couldn’t swallow, and my condition was extremely, extremely bad. The doctor asked for me to take an antibiotic injection, but they refused because they close at 11 and it was 10:40. The doctor was actually very respectful and objected to their refusal because he said it was something very, very necessary given the terrible condition I was in. But in the end, I didn’t receive the injection. I asked to take it in almizhar branch, but they refused. That was very upsetting because my condition was getting worse hour by hour.

I went to the skin doctor she said go to the sugar test doctor and 50 aed for nothing plus I've already done sugar test and it's showing negative in the system and it's valid for some months also and the medicine provided before writing also I told no need of this still I've been charged 50aed for nothing then I went to the reception he told go to the cashier she was on a phone talking to a friend then I went to the lab there was no blood test this Is the worst hospital experience I've had the reception guys are treating you like they are doing a favor no smile rude face
