Dr Zohya Khalique

Dr Zohya Khalique is an experienced Consultant Cardiologist who specialises in the assessment, diagnosis, and long-term management of cardiovascular conditions. Committed to delivering patient-centred care, Dr Khalique works closely with individuals to understand their unique symptoms and health goals, creating tailored treatment plans designed to promote long-term heart health. Her clinical approach combines detailed clinical evaluation with advanced diagnostic techniques, providing patients with reassuring, high-quality care.

Dr Khalique completed her initial medical education at the University of Cambridge, where she earned a Master of Arts (MA), followed by her Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) at King's College London. Demonstrating a strong dedication to medical research and academic excellence, she returned to the University of Cambridge to complete her research doctorate, earning a Doctor of Medicine (MD) and receiving the Raymond Horton-Smith prize for the best MD thesis of the academic year. She is also a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians (FRCP).

In her clinical practice, Dr Khalique has a particular focus on inherited cardiac conditions and non-invasive cardiovascular imaging. She holds expertise in cardiovascular magnetic resonance (CMR), using sophisticated imaging technology to assess heart muscle structure and function in detail.
