Next level service Called me on the 2 days after surgery to check how I was Arrange last minute check up following a bad tummy 10 days after surgery just to put my mind at rest
I am extremely happy with the level of care that Mr Toumi has provided me with, both pre operative and post operative. On our first meeting regarding the problems I was experiencing with my gallbladder Mr Toumi explained at length the benefits or removal, what the operation would entail and what recovery would/could look like. This allowed me to make an informed decision on surgery and in this meeting he gave me a provisional surgery date 10 days time. Which, for me was great news. Mr Toumi met with me on the morning of my surgery which further put me at ease. The surgery was straightforward and my care at Washington Spire Hospital was excellent. Mr Toumi called me every day for the first three days to check in on my recovery and when I explained I wasn't feeling great via an email he had booked me in to see a Dr back at the hospital. All within one hour. It is this level of after care that sets Mr Toumi apart from the rest, he truly cares for your well being. I would not hesitate to recommend Mr Toumi to anyone who requires this surgery. I also know that I am able to contact him at any time if I require any more treatment. Thank You very much Mr Toumi!

Thank you for such a kind and detailed review. I’m really pleased you felt well supported throughout your treatment and recovery. Your recommendation means a great deal. Thank you! Wishing you continued good health.
I last saw Mr. Toumi for my post operative review. I can’t speak highly enough of his professionalism, communication, understanding of your needs as a patient as well as that of your family. He is an absolutely fantastic surgeon and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing his services.

Thank you for your kind words. I’m really pleased you felt well supported throughout. Your recommendation means a great deal. Wishing you continued good health ahead.
I recently had a laparoscopic cholecystectomy (gallbladder removal) with Mr Toumi. From the initial consultation, through the pre and post-operative care, Mr Toumi was exceptional. He carefully explained the procedure, risks and expected recovery, patiently answering questions and taking care to repeat everything on the day of surgery. After discharge from the hospital, Mr Toumi called me every day for a week to check on progress. I could not have asked for better care and would have no hesitation in recommending him for this procedure. It is now six weeks on from the operation and I have made a full recovery with no issues.

Thank you for this lovely review. I’m so pleased that you felt well supported throughout your surgery and recovery. It’s great to hear you’re now fully recovered six weeks on. I truly appreciate your kind words and recommendation.

Very well informed, well supported throughout the whole process by Mr Toumi and all his team. The best ever post surgery care, I am over 9 months post op and still got open access for advice via email from Mr Toumi or his dietitian or can make an appointment if needed. He really does care about his patients and their whole weight loss journey.

Thank you for your wonderful feedback. I’m so pleased you’ve felt supported throughout your journey, and that the ongoing access has continued to help you nine months on. Your progress is fantastic, and it’s a privilege to be part of it.

I cannot speak highly enough of Mr Toumi. From my initial consultation through to my surgery and recovery he was professional, reassuring and knowledgeable. Having my gallbladder removed was something I was understandably apprehensive about but Mr Toumi took the time to explain everything clearly, answer all of my questions and put me at ease. On the day of my surgery I felt confident that I was in the best possible hands. My surgery was a success and recovery was far better than I anticipated, and Mr Toumi’s follow-up care was excellent. I’m incredibly grateful to Mr Toumi for the outcome and would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone in need of his expertise. Many thanks again.

After being very poorly due to complications caused by slippage of my gastric band, Mr Toumi dealt with my enquiry swiftly. I felt confident in his care. The procedure was done within a couple of weeks and I was back at work within 3 days. Mr Toumi called me daily after the procedure for those 3 days, he gave me advice and reassurance and made sure I was doing all the right things and eating correctly. His service was personal and I felt very cared for and looked after by him, I can’t recommend this man enough!! I have my health and life back thanks to him and his team !! Thank you Mr Toumi, you are amazing !

Thank you so much for sharing your experience. I’m really pleased to hear you felt supported from the moment you reached out, especially after such a difficult time with your band complications. It’s wonderful to know the procedure and recovery went smoothly and that the follow‑up calls were helpful and reassuring.
