Dr Yasmin Ismail is a dedicated Consultant Cardiologist who provides comprehensive care for patients with a wide range of cardiovascular conditions. Known for her meticulous and patient-centred approach, Dr Ismail works collaboratively with individuals to develop personalised treatment plans tailored to their unique needs. Dr Ismail completed her medical degree at the University of Bristol, qualifying with Honours in 1997. Following her graduation, she completed extensive postgraduate training as a junior doctor in the South West region. In her clinical practice, Dr Ismail has a specialist focus on heart failure management, advanced cardiac imaging, and interventional cardiology. As a Lead for Community Heart Failure, she works to improve patient outcomes across care settings.
