The whole experience was extremely professional . I felt I was heard , that my condition was thoroughly explored and it concluded with me being thoroughly reassured so that I can move on . I would very much recommend Professor Augustine .
Professor Augustine was very clear and concise when explaining the issues and what was required to correct these. He identified something other doctors and consultants had missed and I am extremely grateful for him and his expertise.
Professor Dan was really down to earth, listened to my concerns and the reason I had made an appointment with him, offered evidenced based reassurance and quickly established a treatment plan moving forward. He was friendly, humble and more importantly human.
A really useful and informative consultation - Professor Augustine was friendly, comprehensive and pragmatic. Just what I needed to give myself some comfort around my cardio symptoms!
Professor Augustine was very welcoming and made me feel completely at ease. His explanations were very clear, and examination extremely thorough. The resulting change of medication has been successful and I am reassured that I can carry on enjoying a certain level of fitness.
I was very impressed with Prof Augustine. He was very friendly & clearly explained everything to me.
Prof Augustine was approachable, compassionate and kind when faced with the daunting prospect of heart surgery. He explained everything clearly and calmly and put me at ease with his friendly manner despite what may lie ahead for me. I consider myself lucky to be under his excellent care.
Prof Augustine is a very well respected colleague and an authority on echocardiography and Sports Cardiology. I regularly refer patients to him for opinions and scans and his opinion is highly regarded. He’s also very personable and explains any diagnosis in accessible language rather than ‘medical speak’! I would highly recommend.
