Dr William Verling

Dr William Verling is an accomplished Consultant Paediatrician who provides empathetic, patient-focused medical care for infants, children, and young people. He focuses on delivering high-quality general paediatric care while managing both acute and chronic health conditions. With a thoughtful and reassuring approach to child health, Dr Verling works closely with young patients and their families to ensure they receive clear guidance and tailored support throughout their care journeys.

Dr Verling completed a Bachelor of Science in Psychology in 1998 prior to earning his Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery in 2001 from medical school in London. To further consolidate his expertise in child healthcare, he achieved Membership of the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health (MRCPCH) in 2006. His medical training involved extensive general paediatric rotations across multiple UK deaneries, alongside gaining valuable emergency medical experience overseas.

Throughout his practice as a Consultant Paediatrician, Dr Verling has established key interests in ambulatory care, paediatric respiratory medicine, and neurodevelopmental conditions. He frequently manages complex paediatric conditions, including asthma, cystic fibrosis, and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). Dedicated to improving service delivery, Dr Verling has helped establish rapid access assessment clinics, combined behavioural clinics, and remote video consultation options to make ongoing care more convenient and accessible for families.
