Appointments were excellent, short waiting time and efficient on the day.

However, on the day of the operation we were asked to arrive by 12 midday and was not operated till gone 4pm which was a long nervous wait of 4 hours.  Scheduling of patients with the consultant should be more efficient to ensure less waiting time. I was scheduled to be first on the list but ended up being last!

One of the biggest things I hate are nails . That’s why I put my ingrowing nail off for so long , went to see other podiatrist and the treatments I had did not fix my problem, I called Jeremy the day before and got an appointment that was convenient for me ( late on a Friday night ) 
Not only did he make me feel welcome his calm mannor or put me at ease and I opted for the Minor surgery, he went through the procedure with me thoroughly and within the hour I was done and on my way back home , he also went through the after care with me and as of yet I’m healing perfectly, my only regret is not going to see him sooner . 
5 star rating of me and I will recommend to anyone
