Dr Suravi Ghatak is a dedicated Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist who provides compassionate and patient-centred care for women at all stages of life. Currently holding the leadership role of Deputy Clinical Director in Obstetrics and Gynaecology, she is committed to delivering individualised healthcare tailored to the unique needs of every patient. Dr Ghatak focuses on creating an open, reassuring environment where individuals feel comfortable discussing their health concerns and actively participating in their treatment choices.

With broad expertise across general gynaecology and reproductive healthcare, Dr Ghatak has a specialised clinical interest in perimenopause and menopause support. She takes a holistic approach to managing menopausal symptoms, thoughtfully considering lifestyle factors and patient priorities alongside evidence-based medical therapies. Her clinical practice encompasses routine gynaecological care, family planning and contraception, postmenopausal bleeding investigations, and minor office-based procedures such as outpatient hysteroscopy and coil retrievals.

Dr Ghatak qualified with a primary medical degree (MBBS) and holds full registration with the General Medical Council. She maintains professional links with the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists, continually advancing her clinical knowledge to integrate the latest evidence and guidelines into daily practice.
