About Dr Suneetha Rachaneni
Dr. Suneetha Rachaneni is a highly experienced consultant in gynaecology with a subspecialist focus in urogynaecology. She obtained her MBBS from the University of Health Sciences in India in 1996 and completed her specialist training in the Southwest Peninsula and West Midlands regions of the UK. Later in 2004, she became a Member of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists.
Dr. Rachaneni currently serves as the Clinical Lead for Urogynaecology at Shrewsbury and Telford Hospitals NHS Trust and chairs the Regional North Midlands Urogynaecology Multidisciplinary Team. She is widely recognised for her expertise in the assessment and treatment of pelvic floor disorders, including urinary incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse.
Her clinical practice includes a range of advanced procedures such as Bulkamid injections, colposuspension, Botox treatments, and sacrospinous ligament fixation. She also manages general gynaecological conditions, offering procedures including diagnostic laparoscopy and abdominal hysterectomy.
Her work has received international recognition, including the prestigious International Urogynaecology Observership Grant, during which she was a Visiting Scholar at the University of New South Wales in Sydney.
Outside of her professional life, she enjoys travelling, reading, and spending time with her two children.

The doctor I saw was amazing! 5 years of back and forth and one visit with this doctor and finally have a plan! She was very informative as I was under the impression I had a different issue it was not made clear in past appointments with different doctor
She was absolutely amazing with me in our appointment she explained everything step by step, never rushed at all, helped me straight away with any worry or questions. I really hope with next up coking appointments I will be under her care she made me feeling cared and comfortable.
