Mr Nibedan Biswas

I had hysterectomy surgery only a week ago,, and was completely satisfied with every step leading up to the procedure. Mr Biswas was professional, empathetic and explained everything clearly. I was forced into the private surgery after waiting 2 years for the NHS to offer an effective solution to my debilitating and escalating symptoms. Despite the cost of private treatment I would happily spend that money again as my experience with Mr Biswas has been nothing but positive and even at this early stage of recovery I can see that this will be life changing for me.

I felt very well informed and cared for and my procedure went so smoothly. I feel so much better after having this procedure and I’m so glad I had it done.

From initial appointment, in-between contact, pre-operative assessment to operation, Mr Biswas and the Nuffield Shrewsbury team have been so attentive and informative. This meant I have felt at-ease throughout and very well looked after.

I had endometrial ablation surgery with Mr Biswas and he was genuinely incredible -from our first meeting onwards. I have always suffered with period pain/heavy menstrual bleeding and after visiting my usual GP surgery about it (multiple times) Mr Nibedan Biswas was the only health care professional who has ever listened to me, empathised and taken me seriously in my entire life. He was concerned, caring and supportive all the way through. My surgery required very little recovery time (2-3 days) and the results were life altering!! I cannot recommend Mr Biswas enough for he and his wonderful team have changed my life for the better. I now have very light periods with virtually no pain in comparison to before. I would happily recommend him in a heartbeat.

Excellent at all times in patient and follow up - all well explained and caring

I opted for a hysterectomy due to large fibroids. Dr Biswas explained the whole process and I felt reassured from consultation all the way through to the surgery. He is really understanding and would highly recommend him.

Doctor was kind of, listened & acted quickly to get me accessed to Shrewsbury hospital. She even rang me to check if I was @ hospital & that means a lot Well done 👍

I could not fault any part of my initial consultation or subsequent procedure. Mr Biswas was professional, knowledgeable and kind.

I had such a lovely group of people looking after me, I felt very comfortable and all the staff were so caring. Mr Biswas and his team explained everything in detail and took such good care of me.
