I have been looked after very well today by Mr Bidwas and all of the colleagues. He explained to me everything he was doing and was very caring and friendly. He made me feel at ease and all through out the procedure he was checking I wasn’t in too much pain and that I was ok.

I was put totally at ease from the initial consultation, throughly looked after on the day of my surgery and saw Mr Biswas several times throughout the day. He is attentive and made sure I understood the whole procedure and after care throughly before my surgery and discharge

Mr Biswas was very calm and patient but detailed . He explained everything so well what I have been diagnosed with and treatment required , long term expectations and care required . I would recommend .

I felt comfortable throughout the consultation. Mr Biswas explained everything very clearly and all the steps leading up to and including the physical examinations which put me at ease. He explained everything afterwards in a concise manner and answered all of my questions.
