Mr Su-Min Lee is professional and clear in his interactions with patients. He provides complete explanations, so patients understand options and participate in treatment decisions, leading to good outcomes especially with the HoLEP procedure. His work in general urology and the treatment of kidney stones also receives frequent positive mention.
I had a Holep procedure. My wife and I were very happy with Mr Lees approach which was fiendly and open, whilst retaining that all important professionalism which immeadiately gave us confidence. He took time to explain my condition and the procedure to rectify it, answering our questions and providing comprehensive explanations of the procedure and potential outcome timescales. I do have two observations to make, which although not directly atribulable to Mr Lee, he may wish to take action on. As a private patient Mr Lee did warn me that I may not get a private room. This I accepted as I was keen to get my condition dealt with. What I did not expect was to be placed in ward designed for four beds which had a fifth bed squeezed into it, reducing the space for all three of we patients on that side. The staff, who were lovely, were embarrased by this situation and apologised, even though it was not of their making. On discharge, I would have appreciated more information on how to manage my urine leaks and been provided with more pads until such time as I could organise a supply robust enough to manage my situation. Mr. Lee has been amazing. He was friendly, compassionate, informative, gentle, really everything that you would wish for. The whole experience has been amazing and I am very grateful
Took the time to explain fully my condition Listened and involved me in the decision making process for my procedure
MR Su Min Lee is very professional, knowledgeable, and always takes the time to explain everything clearly, which really puts me at ease. From the very first appointment, I felt listened to and well cared for. The level of attention and support I’ve received has been excellent, and I always leave feeling reassured. I truly appreciate his dedication and the quality of care he provides.
I first met dr su min lee for a consultation appointment where he examined me and gave me my surgical options. I then went back to see him for my procedure extremely nervous. I was given a nice private room where my partner could sit with me I was then met by the staff and dr su min lee who explained the procedure. I went into the operating room extremely nervous and the staff did everything possible to make me relax and feel comfortable. My procedure went extremely well I was then taken back to my room where I was cared for and fed. The nurses were extremely responsive when I needed them. I can’t thank dr su min lee and the other staff enough.
Listened well to me and offered appropriate courses of action.
After an initial consultation I had a Holep procedure with Mr Lee. The whole process from communication with his secretary Mila to payment and follow up appointment has been excellent. At a stressful time in my life his professionalism was much appreciated.
I am absolutely delighted with my HoLEP operation. It has tremendously improved my quality of life. Mr Lee was brilliant. He gave calm and clear explanations and has a very kind, empathic manner.
