Mr Lee was very approachable, unflappable, professional, organised and efficient. He was able to move my surgery forward by at least 2 weeks listening and taking heed of my concerns and also re assuring me that everything would turn out ok in the end. I am very pleased with the resultant surgery and aftercare. If I had any questions I was able to E mail them across and they were dealt with quickly and efficiently along with his very able and charming secretary. Mr Su-Min Lee was extremely professional, kind, and took the time to fully explain the procedure, including some previous knowledge gaps that i had from my time as an NHS inpatient where it was hard to understand or get hold of a doctor long enough to get an explanation. My situation was that i had a kidney stone, and i was in extreme discomfort. I had spent 3 nights in an NHS hospital where an emergency stent was inserted to save the kidney, but i still needed to have the stone removed. It was at this point i referred to Mr Lee and the whole experience start to finish was extremely smooth, from the initial consultation where he explained my condition, what the NHS hospital had done, showed me my previous xray results and then fully explained the next steps. He then got me in extremely quickly for the procedure itself as well as the third and final procedure to have the stent removed, all whilst i would've still been on a 3-6 month NHS waiting list for the stone removal. Mr Lee even attended the hospital the following day after surgery to check in on me, and i found out this was his day off, so he really did go above and beyond. Cannot recommend his services enough, extremely pleased, and i'm no longer in pain! Thankyou again!

Mr Lee was very easy to talk to. He explained the procedure in detail before hand including possible side effects. After the operation , he explained how the operation had gone and what he had achieved. Whilst the results of the operation are still not perfect, I have been more than pleased with my progress so far and am hopeful of making a full recovery. I am very grateful and thankful to Mr Lee and his team for the improvement to my life that they have given me.

Mr Lee understood my symptoms straight away and offered several solutions and explanations. He made the experience easy and stress free.

I was diagnosed with a Hydrocoele but was fortunate enough to have private medical insurance. As a result, I was very fortunate to be able to see Mr Su-Min Lee much, much earlier than on the NHS. The issue was resolve by surgery and all seems to be well now.
