Dr Stale Rygh

Dr Stale Rygh is a highly qualified Clinical Psychologist. They work with adult and adolescent clients experiencing a range of mental health difficulties. Dr Rygh helps people develop healthy ways of relating to themselves and others. A core element of this work is developing self-compassion, which can be a solid buffer against excessive self-blame and criticism, and enable people to respond to past and current challenges in a more considerate and helpful way.

Dr Rygh has extensive training in treatment models aimed at helping people recover from traumatic life events from adverse childhood events to accidents or losses in adulthood. They can draw on a wide range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches and will tailor the therapy to the specific needs of the person.
