Dr Srividhya Budithi

Dr Srividhya Budithi is a highly accomplished Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist who is dedicated to providing comprehensive, patient-centred care. Serving as a Gynaecological Oncology Lead and Associate Clinical Director, she brings a wealth of expertise to her clinical practice. Dr Budithi is committed to delivering reassuring and high-quality care to women at all stages of life, ensuring that each patient receives a personalised treatment plan tailored to their unique health needs.

Her clinical practice encompasses a broad spectrum of obstetrics and gynaecology, with a particular focus on gynaecological oncology and colposcopy. Dr Budithi has a keen interest in cervical screening, HPV-based screening, and the early detection of gynaecological malignancies, including cervical, ovarian, and uterine cancers. Additionally, she specialises in early pregnancy assessment, the management of complex ectopic pregnancies, and high-risk obstetrics. Her expertise also extends to investigating the links between polycystic ovarian syndrome and cervical incompetence, as well as performing advanced gynaecological surgeries.

Dr Budithi completed her medical degree and went on to pursue extensive postgraduate training in her chosen field. She is a Member of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists and is fully registered on the General Medical Council specialist register. To further refine her skills, she completed Advanced Training Skills Modules in Gynaecological Oncology, Colposcopy, and Advanced Labour Ward Practice. Alongside her clinical duties, she is actively involved in clinical audit, medical education, and research, contributing to peer-reviewed publications that aim to improve patient outcomes and safety.
