Dr Sophie Relph

Dr Sophie Relph is a dedicated Obstetrician and Gynaecologist specialising in comprehensive care across all stages of women's reproductive health. She provides individualised support to women throughout pregnancy, labour, and delivery, alongside offering routine and specialised gynaecological consultations. Her clinical approach focuses on compassionate, evidence-based, and patient-centred care, ensuring that every patient feels listened to, informed, and supported.

Dr Relph has developed sub-speciality expertise in Maternal and Foetal Medicine, with a strong clinical focus on high-risk obstetrics and the management of medical conditions during pregnancy. Her clinical interests encompass the antenatal detection and monitoring of foetal growth anomalies, birth weight surveillance, public health in maternity, and digital health initiatives aimed at enhancing safety and clinical outcomes for mothers and infants.

Dr Relph earned a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Medical Sciences with Physiology and Pharmacology in 2008, followed by a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery in 2010 from University College London. Continuing her academic and clinical research development, she was awarded a Doctor of Philosophy from King's College London in 2021. She is a full Member of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists.
