About Miss Rowena Bevan

Miss Rowena Bevan is a Consultant in Gynaecology in the UK. Miss Bevan studied medicine at Cambridge University and graduated in 1985. Following this she then went to Guy's Hospital Medical School, University of London, qualifying as a doctor in 1988 and completing full registration in 1989.

Miss Bevan performed research in Australia for 2 years and was awarded an MD from Cambridge University. She then trained in Obstetrics and Gynaecology working at Guy's Hospital, Queen Charlotte's Hospital, St Thomas's Hospital, and Ashford Hospital. She completed subspecialty training in Reproductive Medicine and Surgery in 1998 under Professor Lord Winston and Professor Lesley Regan and was appointed as a Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist in 2000.

She currently works as a Consultant Gynaecologist and Lead Clinician/Person Responsible for the Assisted Conception Unit at Kingston Foundation Trust.
