Sonia Ramdev is a skilled and empathetic Holistic Psychotherapist, dedicated to providing a safe and non-judgmental environment for her clients to explore and address life’s challenges. This comprehensive perspective allows her to collaboratively explore limiting beliefs, release unresolved emotions, and address the impact of stress on the nervous system and breathing patterns. Sonia’s extensive training at the London Holistic Healing College and the College of Contemporary Therapy underpins her practice. With four years of experience working closely with clients, she integrates traditional talking therapy with a variety of holistic modalities tailored to individual needs. These may include Emotional Freedom Technique (Tapping), Hypnotherapy, Parts Work, Body Psychotherapy, Mindfulness, and Guided Visualisations.

Sonia's qualifications include a Diploma in Integrative Psychotherapy from the College of Contemporary Therapy, a Diploma in Spiritual Counselling from the Holistic Healing College, and a Diploma in Hypnotherapy from the London College of Hypnotherapy. She is also certified in Reiki Levels 1 and 2. As a member of the National Council of Integrative Psychotherapists and the General Hypnotherapy Register, Sonia adheres to the highest standards of professional practice.
